Buonasera. A settembre ho avuto un incidente in Mtb , procurandomi una frattura scomposta pluriframmentaria del radio distale . Ridotta con intervento e posizionamento di placca e 9 viti. Ho fatto dopo 2 mesi di kft e magnetoterapia, ma ad oggi ho recuperato solo il 50 x cento. Non so ormai cosa fare.Volevo un consiglio.
this reduction procedure seems extremely painful
The attendings I worked with during my employment prior to medical school were not hesitant to utilize sedation or dissociative medication like Ketamine. It seems like the only way to limit pain for the patient and tolerance for the procedure. In some circumstances, some even utilized nerve blocks with local anesthetics if other medications had too much risk of complications.
