Literally just popped 5 high strength Tylenols bc my insurance stopped covering my prescription pain medication for my menstrual cramps. Currently at work and couldn’t do much for an hour bc of how unbearable the pain was until the pills kicked in. I’ve been dealing with this and powering through since the age of ELEVEN. I’ll be damned a grown man tell me that womanhood is just hookup culture, shopping, and sleeping in makeup. It’s an awful lot of pain, yet still beautiful and feminine strength comes from it. You NEED a uterus to be a woman, simple as that!!!

Keep in mind doctors will often refuse to offer hormone replacement therapy for menopause. Maybe we should tell them we “identify” as women so we can access the same hormone therapy.

Unfortunately it seems more dangerous for women who take testosterone, they cn get really sick, their uterum might fuse and atrophy and it gets infected and they can die from sepsis. Therefore female to male even need to take estrogen injections to prevent this from happening. I dont know about male to female though. I cn imagine their prostata gets affected by the estrogen negatively.

I had to work 50+ hours a week making in some cases half what the men made doing my same job. I sure as hell didn’t shop, pick up meds and if I missed 3 days in a year I was written up. I used to go to film school and 90% of my classmates were changing their gender and the stereotypes and reasoning at times was absurd. This is exactly my thought as I saw a lot of females mocking men… hating on men BUT claiming to be a man vice versa. But I had to keep my mouth zipped shut or id probably be kicked out of my school…. It isn’t just males pretending to be females that can be super offensive even the men have this issue of being mocked! A lot of them genuinely do see gender as nothing deeper than a stereotype and appearance and that’s the sad part! Not understanding the true differences of how men and women think and act should really be talked about before switching gender. Has nothing to do with your style or the toys you want to play with! Men and women differentiate in every way from their natural provider - caretaking roles down to how they think and act in certain situation. Men and women are treated and seen differently despite feminism existing and that is just fact. It’s like blackface all over again but mocking the stereotypes of men and women and claiming gender doesn’t exist! If gender doesn’t exist why is your life so fixated on it so much and making it the majority of your identity 😭 doesn’t this type of thinking cancel out certain sexualities too? Not enough people talk about that and probably why there’s so much division in not just straight folks but 🏳️🌈 too.

Good thing I'm retired from the workplace, I would not be able to lie and say men were women and women can be men. I just can't lie like that. I was taught to speak the truth from childhood and it's difficult for me to go against that.

In my youth, “Girl just wanna have Fun” was a song by a real woman about real women (Cyndi Lauper). And Boy George was accepted because his name said it all “Boy”… he wasn’t insulting girlhood. He wasn’t under any illusion that we needed to pretend he was a real woman.

We _had_ inclusion - demonstrated somewhat by the mention of Boy George but also go ahead and look at shows from the 80s and 90s there are main characters of both genders and from all sorts of diverse backgrounds and while that is only media it was actually even more accepted IN society. During that time period there was a societal effort to not stereotype and label people, people actively promoted not being ashamed of birth gender understood it didn't limit you in pursuing careers or achievements.
BUT where we are now and where you seem to believe we are headed, that is fixated on _stereotypes_ and labels and _shaming_ birth gender. The whole trans agenda is based on being ashamed of the birth gender, changing outward appearance to conform to a stereotype they have in their head of male, female or even nonbinary and putting labels on themselves and on others! Racism now is more rife than it was then, stoked by victimhood culture and the inevitable push back.
The future is unlikely to be anything more but fractured, polarised and unhealthy because of its move away from a merit based society IF we don't start addressing dangerous ideologies like trans that set individuals up for failure and provide cover for predators. It could be inclusive again but we'll need to move BACK towards teaching that gender is not something to be ashamed of or to be 'changed' and stop using racial terms of any kind unless we are describing visual appearance for the purposes of identification.
