Nice vid! I have a MB 200-2 with hydraulic disc brake and have found both the rear disc for the brake along with the sprocket runout not true. I had to shim both on mine. Which will cause your chain to fall off plus make your brake pads wear quickly. Plus I just replaced the bearings on the axle as they are cheap and not running smooth. I have changed all four on the front and rear tires along with a new pre stretched. I will still be adding this chain tensioner for added protection. Hope this info helps others with the MB. Overall I love the bike. Fun for all ages!
I had to use some longer bolts since the swingarm is bigger than what this was made for but it works. Just like everything else, we have to make modifications. Lol
How did it turn out? Mine is a issue as well however i ride mine 60 plus miles at a time? Is there a way to reverse it so the roller is over the bar versus under?

@@Somooffroad2024 ok I will thanks yeah I no if u buy this mini bike now it's 1000 I got one but fuck chain won't stay on snaps every time I got 1000 in mine I'm gone 2 sale mine if I can't fixs it 700 an it's new only like a year old. Welp thank u man.

Nice! I ordered the one that looks like a Korean happy meal in a knock-off box. It has a sprocket, actually made quite well just not for an mb200-2!!

Chain tensioner, I found this one on Amazon but I don't think they carry it anymore. Do a Google search for a mini bike chain tensioner. Good luck
