Neo Arcadian: Storm Owl Description: Long ago, Storm Owl was chief-of-staff of Repliforce's Air Wing until he was defeated by X and Zero during the Great Repliforce War. Now he was resurrected by Dr. Weil into his service, where he was given command of Harpuia's air command ship and the entire Neo Arcadian Air Force to launch an aerial assault on Area Zero.
(Intro) Rouge: Harpuia's former command ship is just up ahead in the air fleet. We believe that somebody is in command of this fleet and is prepared to launch an aerial attack on Area Zero. Ciel: The fleet is heavily defended with turrets and aerial interceptors. Since you're in airspace, there are hazards of falling out of the fleet. So please, be careful and watch your step. Zero: (sigh) You worried too much, Ciel. Okay, begin the mission! Rouge: Copy that! (Air fleet defenses) Rouge: Zero, the fleet has been alerted by your presence. Expect heavy resistance. (Flying saucer) Ciel: Flying saucers? They're still in service after centuries ago? Rouge: Their laser beams are devastating. Watch out! (Miniboss encounter) Zero: HQ, I'm near the command ship. Attempting to board. (Jet fighter appears) Zero: Darn! I've been spotted! Rouge: That's a VTOL Hawk Fighter. Destroy it before you proceed. (Miniboss destroyed) ???: The intruder is boarding our command ship! All units assemble and prepare to engage! Zero: Sounds like someone is commanding the fleet from this ship. Rouge: I've identified the commander of that fleet. The commanding officer is a former Repliforce Air Chief of Staff named Storm Owl. He was rebuilt by Neo Arcadia to serve as Chief of Staff to the Strong Air Battalion and one of the officers of Harpuia. Zero: Storm Owl. I can't believe it. Looks like I'll have to destroy him again. (Inside the command ship) Storm Owl: All units must assemble immediately! Deploy emergency defense systems now! (Core miniboss encounter) Zero: This must be the engine core of the ship. I'll have to destroy it to render this fleet inoperable. (Core miniboss destroyed) Storm Owl: All units, abandon ship! The entire fleet is compromised! I repeat, the entire fleet is compromised! Call off the attack and evacuate now! (Boss encounter) Storm Owl: Squaaawk! How dare you've destroyed my fleet! Zero: Storm Owl, I should have known that you've been rebuilt to serve Neo Arcadia. Didn't I retired you centuries ago? Storm Owl: Huh? Oh, I remembered. I was part of Repliforce...when we're labelled as mavericks thanks to you! Now look at me! I'm looking brand new and in service to Neo Arcadia! Zero: Call off your fleet and turn away from Area Zero, Storm Owl. Storm Owl: No! Master Weil ordered us to attack Area Zero. Why? Because YOU who is labelled as mavericks! Hahahaha! (Zero defeated) Storm Owl: Who's labelled as a maverick now, hunter?! Hahaha! All air units, proceed to attack plan two: aerial assault on Area Zero! (Storm Owl defeated/bisected) Storm Owl: Uwaaagghhh! Not again! Zero: Looks like deja 'vu all over again, does it Storm Owl? Storm Owl: I have the best job with Neo Arcadia than Repliforce! Uwaaaahhh! (Storm Owl dies, Zero teleports back to HQ)
