Very interesting recipe. But I will say you had me worried a few times during this video. I'm not sure if you know but, if you have to use a lot of force to cut something with a knife, that means your knife is dull and not sharp. And ironically, you are much more likely to cut yourself with a dull knife than with a sharp one. And I also noticed how close you came to cutting your fingers. You want to curl your fingers and use your knuckles as your guide. You never want to put your fingers and/or thumb so close to the part of the food you are cutting. I hope this helps! 😁

Thank you so much for your feedback and concern! I really appreciate the tips about knife safety. I’ll make sure to sharpen my knives regularly and practice the proper technique for cutting to keep my fingers safe. Your advice about using knuckles as a guide is really helpful, and I’ll definitely be more mindful of that in future videos. Thanks again for watching and for your valuable input! 😊

@LeilaCulinaryCreation I'm very glad I could help! It may feel weird when you first start cutting things that way. But the important thing is to TAKE YOUR TIME. You will get better and faster the more and more you practice! I used to cut things the same way you did, but I learned better and safer techniques from others who had more experience than I did. And it can be a bit frustrating trying to change sometimes, but I promise you will feel a world of difference and get things done faster and easier! 😁

Looks good and I think I would try it soon.
Advise: some chopping techniques and no nails would look better for the video other than that good job
