    Question: Why after I rinse with warm water the brew group it feels like grease around this piece?

      Thats normal. Its full of grease. Just check if there is still grease on the parts. If not. Add new one

    Hi good day. there seems to be something causing a blockage in the area where the groups go to the brew group. and machine is smoking form the right side vents. I have cleaned with coffee tablets , descale and cleaned the brew group anything else I can try?

    Hey i have Philips 5000 and whenever i try to make some coffee it shows me red background and arrow points right , the segment where I put the coffee in it. And gives me the warning which I can’t clearly understand what should I do to solve this. In addition symbol that shown in the screen looks like segment and marble shaped represents coffe in it i guess.

    Non riesco a fare un caffè macchiato tazza piccola mi esce sempre quella grande come devo fare non riesco ha capire.?

      In tutti i modelli di macchine per il caffè della Serie 5000 è selezionabile la bevanda Cappuccino e non è prevista la bevanda Caffè Macchiato.

    Most stupid cleaning process i ever seen..a big display and you have to switch off from main switch and use coffe programm..

    To clean the brewgroup is a nigtmare. It doesn‘t go back… very difficult

      The brewgroup just doesn‘t fit back anymore. Machine is in warranty, i called the service to fix the problem.. it was difficult to put it back after every cleaning i did since the beginning
