    A difference that I've noticed between the 'Trapped In The Sky' and 'Regular' end titles is the addition of the views of the Mole to the 'Regular' titles, to allow for the extended length of the Thunderbirds march. It's amazing that Barry Gray was allowed the extra space to demonstrate his talent - and justifiably so!

    • @zacmumblethunder7466
      @zacmumblethunder7466 5 месяцев назад

      I have a suspicion that he wanted the march all along and that's why "Flying High" is probably his least accomplished tune. Even three versions and two sets of lyrics can't redeem it. Mr Gray knew full well that the show didn't need a closing pop song.

    'Flying high' is an ear-worn that creeps in your brain! But I could not picture it as part of the Thunderbirds soundtrack.
    Just like with this video, imagine you end the episode with the dignified Barry Gray track, then wamming into Flying high!
    Fireball XL5 and Stingray had these sort of songs, but I have the feeling the songs match better with their respective programs, or Thunderbirds and it's soundtrack just feels too sophisticated for this sort of song.

      The Second ending is the regular one and i find it better than the first but the way the song started is meh
      The Third ending is good but not amazing because the lyrics are weird and i am glad Gary didn't use it
      The Fourth ending is just a copy of the first and with a different insumental and a much slower phase
      The fifth ending is just straight up garbage the lyrics don't suit the theme and the feel of thunderbirds and i understand that this was used in a different show but please keep it there
