💫NEW SERIES: Jewish identity, belonging & covenant💫

What is the Jewish people? Who belongs or can belong to it? I’m Jewish but I don’t always know what that means. I’m not Jewish but curious about learning & understanding more. I feel Jewish inside but what do I do about that? I want to go to synagogue and belong to Jewish community but is it for me?
Expect meaningful, compassionate and inclusive answers to these questions and many more in the 🌟NEW🌟 series with ‘A Small Sanctuary’ on Jewish identity, belonging & covenant.
This first episode sets the stage for exploring questions of identity (‘what you feel inside’), belonging (‘who you connect with’) and covenant (‘where you find your deepest meaning’). In future episodes, we are going to look at definitions of Jewish peoplehood, identity and status, how different denominations make different decisions, why Jewish identity is so complicated, what it means to be part of a ‘covenant’, how conversion works and how to overcome feelings of inadequacy or insecurity when connecting with Jewish communal life so you can maximize your Jewish joy.
