Happy to hear that you made it safely Emma. I am looking forward to my visit to Afghanistan (hopefully this fall) - looking forward to your next videos
Wow you are brave and courageous. That crossing seems very traumatic. I am glad you made it through safely. Will you be visiting Kandahar? Or will you visit with Nomadic people as before? I am also excited to see what new adventures you discover while in Afghanistan. 😊
The only reason I left Pakistan ( I was born there and lived for 27 years of my life) and moved to Afghanistan forever, was only and only because of the inhumane and mismanaged border crossing. It becomes worse when you’re crossing it with family and kids. Always prefer to fly from Islamabad to Kabul. Have a wonderful trip Emma ❤
Emma, didn’t mention which city you’re in? I believe it is jalalabad. Seems like Stone Age boarder crossing. I crossed same boarder in 1978 and it was sane and civilized then. Bus took me from peshawar to Kabul and immigration was very smooth and people there were extremely nice. I was teen ager and they let me in with no issue. I declare something 100-200 rupees and camera and they let me go even though I had 2000 rupees.

How you do this, is beyond me, but your lovely personality, seems to transcend pretty much everything. I think you are wonderful. What a beautiful landscape. Stunning.
Hi Emma, so sorry you had this bad experience. I was in Afghanistan in 1974 when the country was so westernized and the same with Iran, women and men wore western clothes and the border was not the same as the one you crossed. Everything was great and people were very kind at the border. It is wise of you to advise tourists not to cross this place. I enjoyed your interaction with the crowd around you, they were curious and happy about a blonde woman which is very rare for them. Thank you Emma for sharing your day with us. God bless you sister, be careful and very safe.🙏🙏🙏🙏💓💓💓💓
What do u mean people were "dressed" western? That sounds so ignorant! It's not a crime to dress traditional. Infact its beautiful, and preserving one's authentic traditions is something to celebrate.
@@ItsBetterToBeKind Please don't call me ignorant, you have misunderstood my point. I was just telling an old story about old times just for awareness and of course wearing any type of clothes is not a crime so please no more bad words.
@high16200 "sounds ignorant" is not a bad word, and u actually came across as quite offensive. No one should be degraded by how they look or dress, therefore next time choose ur words more wisely.
Hi your mostly welcome back 🙏 to afghanistan . Your taking points about humanity's public of Afghanistan. But unfortunately some neighbours countryside trying blame to Afghans showings to worldwide using policy to get growth dollars 💸 and euro 💶 and ponds. Its unauthorised country a long years ago business policy. Any way forward to hearing back to afghanistan Kindly regards
Hi Emma, I'm glad to see you got through the border crossing safely even though it was a bad experience. just a quick question! When you finish your vape juices and you can't get hold of any in a particular place or country, do you go back onto the cancer sticks or do you just do without both?
I feel such deep empathy and tremendous remorse, let alone, rage, toward my own government, for what they did to this country. The way they left, is beyond words. Beyond anything I can express. All I can say, is that I shed and have continued to shed, so many tears, of disgust, heartbreak, and empathy for the repercussions; some I will know, most I can only imagine. I hate my government. -American
Wow, that was something. You are definitely brave, especially by yourself. Was the Pakistan side or Afghan side the ones that were hitting people? I hope you don't run into any issues with the Taliban. I things have gotten stricter since you were last there. I hope you meet up with those two nice women you met the last time. They both seemed to be thrilled to see you.
Emma...Emma...Emma! Thank you for sharing your journey from Pakistan to Afghanistan. Beautiful landscape on the way to Torkham border. Looking forward to your exploration of different places in Afghanistan!
i don't know know how to say this without sounding creepy but you are a classic beauty. *wait for the creepy part: i don't know why but i seem to love your proununced canine teeth. not too weird i hope. love dogs and maybe i just like to see you smile :)
Usually there is a checkpoint that will give you a police escort close to the border and also check you have a reason to go like a valid Afghan visa , this is why I thought it was strange I faced no checkpoint stops at all 🤔
What could I do , there is usually always a check point , I was waiting for it , but it didn’t happen at all … it’s closer to the border where the check point is , obviously nobody was checking that day … I’ve done this route before.. it was all good ! I made it 😅

Hi emma this is your new video please .
Welcome back to afganisu🎉🎉
She did right. Afghanistan is pestering with polio virus and Pakistan is suffering coz of it.
Afghanistan is suffering because of millions of uneducated tribal criminals in Pakistan.
Welcome to Afghanistan 🇦🇫 ❤
Wouldn't a foreign visitor/tourist need certain documents as well as a police escort perhaps to visit tribal areas as well as the Afghan border?
Usually there is a checkpoint that will give you a police escort close to the border and also check you have a reason to go like a valid Afghan visa , this is why I thought it was strange I faced no checkpoint stops at all 🤔
Youre putting yourself on a little too high of a horse there bud

Security vulnerabilities allow individuals with special purposes to easily evade inspections. So they are always under attack.😉
