@@xgg_fpv yeah the stock psu has worked for over 3 years, but I’m doing some upgrades now, so I decided to upgrade to something better and more reliable
I like MSI MAG PSUs and the Apevia Prestige (like you said). However, if you're on an EXTREME budget (like $200) then it is OK to go with the Thermaltake Smart. Note that the 430 and 500-watt ones are terrible, but some specific models of the Smart PSUs are C-rated and 80+ bronze.
I've got the aresgame 750 bronze unit. Had no problems with for a year now and recently upgraded to a rtx 3070 that i have ben running for like 2 months now. Theres nothing wong with aresgame psus, they just get a bad rep because of their 850 gold rated psu was actually a bronze/white rated psu
im using the msi mag a650bn with a 5700x and a rtx 2080ti i havent heard the psu make a sound as of yet it runs damn near completely silent even whilst stress testing pulling 330-360 watts on the gpu and 70-75w for the cpu ive had corsair and evga psu's before and the msi is easily the best one the cables dont look terrible they are by no means pretty but they are significantly better then the ketchup and mustard alternatives
best for the budget however also going for Full or even Semi Modular PSUs are nicer to work with than non modular and Gold/Silver rated will be more efficient (disregarding Platinum, Titanium etc... as those "tiers" appear in more powerful PSUs)

If you live within driving distance of a Micro Center, the PowerSpec 650W 80+ Bronze semi-modular PSU currently sells for $50. Otherwise you'll have to go with Apevia Prestige ($52) at 600W, and Zalman Gigamax ($60) at 700W. Pity they're both non-modular.

Apevia is the most affordable but theyre not rated even white, so not very efficient. Thermal lake is probably the cheapest but still rated psu. You can get 750w for $70 or less
