Sevish! - u da man!! means a LOT coming from you! therer's the concept of "Ma" in Japanese culture, a crude translation would be space, contemplation etc.... really trying to be true to that concept!! (and then there's a LOT of contrast with the Mahavishnu piece!! ;-)

    Lovely.
Now, I see what you put in the description, but I'm still learning the theory with microtonal music and can't tell if that information can be used to know what EDO or tuning system was used here. May I ask for an explanation?

thank you so much for listening!! I've listened to quite a few versions of Rokudan and my favorite one uses these microtones: (numbers are the steps in the scale) 1 1/4sharp b2 2 b3 4 1/4sharp 4 1/4b5 5 b6 1/4sharp b6 overtone b7 b7 ...... to my ears (this is my interpretation) it sounds like the final resting note or tonic is G, so it would be Gmin and for the most part the artist uses 1/4tones so this would be 24 notes per octave or 24ET, the note C is always bent down, so sometimes it is only 25cents flat, but i think this is more of a personal interpretation. hope this helps, thank you again for listening

@@davidfuzefiuczynski Ohhh, you just gave me a "duh" moment, looking back at the "1/4" sharps and flats. Thank you for taking the time to respond, cleared everything up!
