I am pretty sure this was actually shot before that tragic travesty of a Summer incident though. Notice this combined entity - which I will aptly, appropriately & fittingly deem the moniker of 'Ray-quan' - happens to be sitting in the 'War Room' (says "Draft Room" on screen behind them, if one is observant enough) likely at 'The Castle' in Owings Mills. Plus, they are also only looking at last year's 2022-2023 regular season/postseason film. It just so happened to be released now, thus probably allowing for the makers to still slip in some more recent Week 1 clips as standard, supplemental, 'B-roll' footage for augmentation purposes. Hence, I imagine this production was probably in the can since approximately Spring 2023, sometime around the draft. Not that it takes away from the coolness factor of this video whatsoever, mind you, I am just pointing out some minor, minute, minuscule details. Or, in other words, I'm "just saying"...

We have one of the Greatest if not the Greatest LB in the History of the Game in Ray Lewis. BUT WE ALSO HAVE the closest comparison to Ray Ray in today's NFL. When we traded for Roquan last year, it was like OH! MY! GOD! We hadn't had a player that mentally sound at that position and of that quality since Ray. With Agent Zero we have that. I wondered what it would be like if we had Lamar and Ray on the same team. Now we're seeing that except in this case Roquan is playing the role of Ray. All we can hope for is that Kyle Hamilton plays the role of Ed Reed. With how he's been playing since he was drafted last year, he's on the right track. Love my Ravens!

Roquan is one of the best blitzing linebackers ever take it from a Bears fan. If he did it often he would have 14 to 15 sacks a year off of his speed and how he explodes.

The game is so much faster and spreaded out nowadays, just to be able to cover, stop the run, side line to side line is amazing to see. And the have Ray give you nuggets is totally awesome.

Something is still off about getting him for a 2nd round pick. I get he was a little pricey for Chicago, but he’s a special player that you don’t get rid of. He’s like a mix of 50cent and Denzel Washington. As a Maryland guy, I’m so excited to watch this guy grow. His charisma makes him even easier to follow into battle. Love this dude.

Cut from the same cloth. You see what having a leader like Roquan has done for this defense...his intensity, the way he gets other guys up and keeps them up, the way he lets his play talk for itself. Roquan is a Raven for life.

I played in high school, and the important thing our coach said, was to watch film, over and over again, learn your opponents footwork, some wideouts, and tight-ends are superstitious, they do certain things while on the line right before plays that give themselves away.
