    Fish Podimas Recipe:
    To boil the fish:
    Fish - 500 grams
    Water - As Needed
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
    Other Ingredients:
    Oil - 4 tbsp
    Mustard Seeds - ¼ tsp
    Cumin - ¼ tsp
    Green Chilli (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
    Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
    Onion (finely chopped) - 1 ½ Cups
    Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
    Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
    Salt - ¾ tsp
    Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
    Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
    Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
    Instructions:
    1. In a pot, add fish, water, salt and turmeric powder. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the fish is partly cooked and becomes solidified.
    2. Remove from the water. Once it cools slightly, separate the bones, if any. Shred the fish into small pieces.
    3. Heat oil and add mustard seeds and cumin. Once the mustard crackles, add green chilli, curry leaves and onion. Saute until the onion starts to change colour and brown.
    4. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and black pepper powder. Saute for a minute.
    5. Add the shredded fish and mix. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until some of the fish pieces start to turn crispy.
    6. Finish with lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix it and serve! It tastes great when eaten with rice.
