  • Enhanced air traffic control (ATC) audio from Flight 5342, which collided with a U.S. Army Sikorsky UH-60L Black Hawk helicopter on January 29, 2025. The collision occurred over the Potomac River near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Washington, D.C. All audio is sourced directly from publicly available ATC communications and has not been altered beyond necessary noise reduction.

    I was in a runway incursion event over the holidays. Suddenly we were back in the air after touchdown. No explanation.

    Looking at the footage of the crash, it sure looks intentional that the helicopter pilot flew right into the airplane on purpose. There was no evasive move taken by the helicopter pilot. Watch the video of the collision.

      No, there was some trans person Jo Ellis that was mistakenly identified as the captain on the helicopter. The three people onboard were Capt. Rebecca Lobach, Chief Warrant Officer Andrew Eaves, and Staff Sergeant Ryan O'Hara.

      She had less than 500 hours of flight time. She shouldn’t have been flying this . That said, the day before , the army, not sure if it was the same
      Blackhawk or not, almost hit three other planes in this location 24 hrs earlier . Unreal
