    LOVE that you did this one, BG!!! I'm a huge fan of floorwork and this was great!!! I truly hope you consider doing a longer session with perhaps the class using a band????

    Would you consider doing a longer mat session, like 30 minutes? That would be amazing!!!!!! Lower body floorwork, a killer hip thrust butt segment, some inner thigh work?? That would be a dream workout!

    Absolutely loved this floor work.
    It was the perfect amount of time to get it done.
    Wore my 1.5# ankle weights and really felt the burn 🔥

    Question???? When your doing leg lifts, are you lifting leg back at an angle towards the back? Great workout, just want to be doing it the correct way. Merry Christmas❄️☃️❄️
