!!!READ BEFORE COMMENTING!!!Hello guys, this video is for PREVENTION I never asked your tips / inputs. It is just BENZODIAZEPINES & ALCOHOL nothing else was in my blood. No caffeine, no hormones, no vaccines or Ozempic NOTHING!!! I know that a lot of people mix benzodiazepines & alcohol that is why I did this video, the assumptions are really irritating 😂, I will make sure to be extremely CLEAR NEXT TIME (I thought I was) but only a small minority seem to understand… 😅

Well medically you can have benzodiazepines and alcohol in blood and a stroke could be caused by something else ( is what I think some people are trying to say ) we don’t care about the Red Bulls 🤭 I think people are saying in the US? They do MRIs etc the same day. So don’t beat yourself until your MRI they may not know why

Hello guys, EVEN A STROKE DID NOT GET RID OF ME 😂. More seriously, I hope you enjoyed this video. Also, keep in mind that I did not eat anything in the hospital for 2 1/2 days (apart from 2 slices of bread). I physically could not eat as I was shaking so badly. Take this video as a prevention because I know a lot of people who mix Xanax (benzodiazepines) with alcohol, and it is extremely dangerous. I WAS JUST LUCKY. On paper, I had a much lower percentage to be alive than to be in a coma or dead. ❤

Stay away from Benzo/s. It alters your brain chemistry permanently. however, having high anxiety/trauma can be debilitating. Try cannabis, yoga, meditation, counseling, etc. I'm glad you are ok.

Hello Mila, so good to see you well. As per your question, no u should not be flying (you didn't mention flying but I believe that's what you ment by vacation) the recommended time I believe is a couple of weeks, if I were you though I would not fly for a couple of months if you could avoid it. In the future do consider using compression stockings when flying. You should also avoid violent exercises or heavy weight lifting. Normal exercise though is great for recovering from a stroke. Hope you get (even) better and completely reestablished.
Ps: if I were you I would consider moving, specifically having a young child. Take care.

Jokes aside almost never take mecidine for depression or anxiety.

I can relate to you saying that you did something out of character. The truth is that people who are extremely resilient can sometimes get into a certain kind of state… it’s like a psychosis, I don’t know… when your frontal cortex just shuts down on you because you’ve been exposed to so much stress for such a long time + the anxiety + medication etc and some inner “beast” comes out uncontrollably. Perhaps you’ve been holding yourself together around your family because you care for them and you are the heartbeat of the family. And when nobody was home this “click” happened and you did smth harmful to yourself.
I wish you best of health onwards and to conquer all the difficulties you’re going through. Much love ❤️

To anyone reading this, there’s studies showing that Ozempic increases risk of blood clots. The most common type of stroke is caused by blood clots. Be careful. I’ve had a blood clot before so I’m regularly monitored, but Mounjaro doesn’t have as big of a risk as Ozempic.

My dad was an alcoholic and was on Xanax trust me it screwed him up severely .. he couldn’t walk .. his legs shook and his hands shook like he had Parkinson’s disease.. but the doctors still prescribed it even though they knew he was a alcoholic.. he passed away but his brain had “lesions” on it.. basically his motor skill area was white and basically dead.. they have crossed the line it sounds like… my best advice. Write down everything in a notebook so you don’t forget but document everything.!! You shouldn’t have been treated like shit.. and basically who cares how it happened? The most important thing is you’re OK!!! ❤❤

Guess the nurses in Switzerland don’t get sensitivity training especially considering you almost died. Judgement has no place and they should be ashamed to call themselves nurses (as an RN myself).
And men can be clueless when it comes to thinking before they speak and sometimes have no freaking common sense in these situations especially considering your legal battle. I would’ve done the same thing. Praying it was an isolated stroke that never happens again 🙏🏻

You are so so strong and you can get throw everything. I send you so much love and hugs and thank you for having the courage of coming here on youtube and talking about that, so soon. I cant believe some doctor put you on that benzo shit, its well known that is highly addicting and can cause you very serious problems, I remember from the public area Jordan Peterson was also struggling with getting off benzostuff and it was so hard. Also, VERY GLAD you pointed out your symptoms because LADIES, WE EXPERIENCE DIFFERENT STROKE SYMPTOMS THAN MEN, the general symptoms out there are only noticed in MEN since they DIDNT DO SUCH STUDIES ON WOMEN. So be very careful you women out there and once again thank you Mila for pointing this out. You have all of our support and we pray for you and your well being. Keep it strong and please stop blaming yourself for that alcohol thing, you've been through such hard times and all of this its none of your fault. Bless you Mila 💕💕💕🙏🤗🤗

I feel so bad for how u were judged and treated. You’re so strong mentally and physically. Don’t let anyone get you down. Maybe hospital cctv footage for the coat. I think some medication caused the reaction. I had an experience where something was injected at a hospital that caused me to feel like a tapping\ snapping on my legs, followed by intense pain in my head and then I felt like my skull was being crushed. The monitor showed my pressure had shot up to a crazy level. They fully sedated me so I don’t know what happened after. When I woke and read my file I saw they had given me fentanyl for the pain .I had terrible headaches for months after. I was told later on by another dr that what happened was I was going to have a stroke and should have died

Well done for raising awareness of this. They're a serious medication to start taking cause as you say, they're incredibly difficult to come off once your body gets used to them. Drinking is a big no no cause it can also cause psychotic episodes also. Coming off them cold turkey is also a big no no as you need to be weaned off under supervision of a doctor. Some doctors are all too quick to prescribe them but they don't tell people the risks once you start to take them. Thank you for making people aware, I know it's not easy to let the world know your business so well done once again

Xanax is no joke, I tried it for a week, small dosage, after a medical appointment and I started to crave it, to not trust my body without it. I said fuck it and completely stopped. I'm not playing with such things.

Why does it matter what you look like in a medical crisis?? Some people, they don’t even deserve to be called medical professionals, must be beyond bitter and miserable to obviously show their jealously when you’re not even looking your best… it’s absolutely despicable! I hope you complained as they are so wrong for everything but I’m happy you survived this ordeal and wishing you the best ❤️

We love you so much so happy you are ok and from my experience all this happened from the stress that you have been through. I myself work 40 hours a week medical field and when I go home I have my social life and I was just under stress for 8 months day after day. I was depending on coffee to keep up until one day I bought a new coffee and had 6 cups that day. I felt same feeling you had but was forced to go out because friends and it was birthday. I had non stop palpitations and the doctor was confused I felt as if someone hit me all my body. I can’t remember drinking that much coffee so I understand what you are saying that your brain can’t remember what happened. And also when I checked the caffeine in the coffee I got it was super high. So maybe what happened to you was new alcohol that your body got confused you have to check the one you had to make sure it’s not mixed with some shit. Bottom line try to do things to relax you
