    Crispy Potato Chips In Air Fryer 😋
    Ingredients:
    3 small potatoes
    Ice cold water and salt to soak the Potato chips for about half n hour. Drain the water and pat dry them.
    1tbsp olive oil
    Half tsp salt
    Half tsp paprika
    Half tsp red chilli flakes
    Half tsp garlic powder
    Half tsp mixed dried herbs
    Half tsp dries parsley
    Coat the chips
    Spreaf them in your air fryer basket.
    Air fry at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
    Shake or flip and air fryer for another 10 minutes . Shake again half way through.
    Enjoy with your favourite dip 😋

    You realize you removed most of the nutrients from the potato ? Hint...it's in the skin......same with carrots, apples and such.

      This is not entirely true and when it comes to potatoes it is basically a myth. For potatoes, the only thing the skin is really higher in is fiber. For carrots, vitamin C and niacin are at the highest concentration in the skin, but the concentrations are also reasonably high in the layer just under the skin that is left mostly in tact when peeled. For apples, the skin has many vitamins that are at significantly lower concentration in the flesh, or not present at all, and so the skin should be eaten.

      The only thing the skin is higher in is oxalates.
