Hello, I have a problem, I bought my razor quite recently and I only had the opportunity to use it today. The first problem is that I cannot remove the battery at all, and the second is that after I accidentally took it apart in the place of the engine, it does not want to work after reassembling. The engine without the stroke works, but with the stroke inserted as in the video, it doesn't want to work, it doesn't even make any sounds, please help.
My Machines crapped out quik!! Smh I tried all this on ur videos and nothing is fixing it.i put a new stroke cam checked all the power connections and still boggs out and stops whe using..sucks balls!!
I ordered a machine of this tried everything on the video but macjine doesnt turn on and the support from their oficial store in ali express doesnt answer anymore

I am looking into buying another thing of extra stroke cams Atwell, the one that came with my machine grinded down into a powder and shaved off the metal...what would cause this?

I have a problem, recently I bought a machine I ran out of battery , I try to charge it and it won’t charge at all …
dude same thing with mine idk if its because i lost the cable that it came with and now im using a different cable but its stil a usb-c cable

Where did you buy the replacement stroke cam?
Does it come with 4mm or 3.5 installed?
The extra stroke cam is 4.0mm, the same as the original cam

So, I got my new machine one thing I noticed was my needle protruded from the cartridge even when the machine was off is that normal ?

What's the difference 4 mm or 4.2 mm stroke?
Different strokes can be tattooed in different styles😄

My camwheel of my flamingo..alwayr losen..i tighten hard but always loose
