That was great 🎉I always struggled in Normanton in winter to get consistent fish 😂✊2 boats but I got my best fish off the bridge in town ❤

Bluddy beauty mate! I was In the port Douglas inlet the other day and had a Barra come out and strike but it didn’t hook up and then in the same spot a barracuda came out and hit me softplastic, he hooked up but got off while lifting into the boat!

@@lukesfishinmission7596 especially for me, I’ve never fished up this was and never even seen a Barra irl, I’m new to this area and haven’t experienced the tangle with a Barra yet! I reckon one will come soon, hopefully 🙏

Mind me asking where to start wanting to catch my first Barra and wouldn’t mind a tip or ruff location in lake field
We fished around Hanushs and Dingo waterholes. Can’t go wrong, there are fish everywhere up there mate
