I’m 45 this year and remember this from school. I found myself humming the tune this morning and wondering where I knew it from. Queue google search and found it. Such fond memories. Wet break, milk and then the teachers would roll out the tv on wheels. Happy memories 🥰
Back when I watched this in Primary school it was magical. Watching it again now you just realise it's a dodgy overgrown man dressed in a green dragon outfit
The maths doesn't add up about your age, how long ago your comment appears to have been posted, and when the programme was broadcast! Would you care to clarify, please??
I started primary school in 1987 and watched this around 1990-91, watching this at school and then coming home to programmes to Knightmare and Funhouse, I miss my childhood
OH MY GOD! I have been thinking about this for AGES, but have never remembered it's name and when I tried to explain the bits I remembered, no one got it. Amazing!
I couldn't remember either, but luckily I remembered we used to also watch Geordie Racer, so I searched that and luckily this came up as a related video.
I cannot believe that after 20 something years, I still remembered parts of the theme song, the name of the kingdom (kinda, thought it's namesake was the same as the Central American nation of Panama) and the names of the three keepers. My primary school class back in the early 1990s used to look forward to watching this every week, gave us a much anticpated break from working.
Bastard teachers. Teased us with episode one and didn't show us any more after that. Now thanks to youtube I can watch the whole series...and also learn how to track down and murder those teachers mwahahhaaa!
We used to watch this in primary back in 1994! I randomly thought of this TV programme, and could only think "Charn" but I finally figured out the name of the TV show. lol Omg, I feel old now.
No fucking way. Childhood memories right here , In Year 2 during 2001 we watched this show every Tuesday towards the end of the year just before summer holidays. Damn, I'm almost 22 years old now. *Cries*
I can't believe I found this!! I just remembered the theme song. 1992, I watched a few episodes then I moved schools. I was distraught... 25 years later I can finally watch it all!!!
My god I can remember watching this in year 3 in the year 2000 I loved the show and 14/15 years later me and my mates are watching it again with their younger brothers showing them what we had to go through and having a good laugh about it to
I started singing this song in the kitchen today and had no idea what was coming out of my mouth. Over 20 years ago I watched at primary school on Tuesdays. The brain is a crazy thing.
I remember watching this in Year 3 and I loved it. I could remember most of the characters names but the one thing I had forgotten was what the whole series was called!!!!!! So glad i've found it again!
This used to scare me to DEATH!! I remember the theme song and everything. So glad I found it. I couldn't remember what it was called, it was driving me cazy.
OMG!!! Flashback to primary. This was the best thing we watched in year 3. We watched an episode a week and the whole class used to love watching it. The song has been in my head since then and it's 9 years ago since i last saw the programme!
I remember seeing this at school, I must have been about 6 years old and to think this was a time before the internet, before mobile phones, how our lives have changed!
This is the best thing I have discovered on RUclips! It makes me happy it’s not just me who’s been searching for this! We watched this in year 1-2 possibly so back in 94 around. We watched a few but I have never seen the ending so I’m going to binge watch these!
Scot, Not the hero we deserved but the hero we needed. Keeping a watchful eye on that dragon muthafuka in case he try and pull any shit, course Scot can fucking read. Scot, you're a fucking badass.
Oh my God I watched this back in primary school when I was around 5/6 years old. Two decades later here I am watching it at work! The wonder of the internet.
I loved this show as a little kid. I just randomly remembered it tonight and went on Google searching for it. I'm now 21 and I never would have guessed as a child that I'd be watching this show again in years to come :-D
Wow!! I watched this at school when i was in primary 3 i think (approx 1990-1). Watching now with my 5 year old nephew and he seems as taken with it as I was. They dont make em like this anymore :)
Oh my God!!! Thank-you so much for posting this, I used to watch this in Year 4 in my primary school and I've never forgotten it or the theme tune. My friends and I made a game out of it and used to play it in the yard every break time! Seriously, you don't know how happy it makes me to watch it again, and I'm 21 now!
What the hell?! People are on here talking about watching this 'in the old days at primary school, 10 years ago' lol. I didn't realise that they still showed this in schools 10 years ago lol.
The great thing with schools telly is that the BBC have run out of money so just repeat shit from decades ago apparently. I mean it must be 21 years since I saw this thing.
Wondering the same things as everyone else. I remember seeing this when i was in like year 4 or something (around 1991)....& i'm 32 going on 33 now.... Must be some underfunding issue..
I just randomly started singing the theme tune to this earlier, i've been lookin on the net for what it was called and an episode for a good half hour. I'm 18 and still think it's legendary! :D

I saw this the 1st time round in 1989 and still remember it fondly. They put it on CBBC now, the last time it was on was February 2008. I will now keep a closer eye on CBBC so I can catch it again. Even though I am now (currenlty) 27, I will happily watch this again as it was very good.

Oh, the precious memories that came with this. Used to watch it in school. My friend just remembered the Earth Warp theme tune and it made me remember this. Not properly, just that there were three kids and a dragon. He remembered the actual name. Precious years they were.
When we would have rainy days in Primary school and they wouldn't allow us to go out and play they would play this for us. Thank you so much for uploading this!!!!! I never got to see the ending!!! That bastard with his flying cricket bat!!!
I think it's amazing how different this seems through a 7 year old's eyes - I remember thinking this was the coolest most exciting thing ever, we used to go nuts over it! So easily pleased at that age......
