Great video of your home tour. I love living in serviced apartments or as some call it “a hotel”. When I first went to Abu Dhabi and then to the marina area of Dubai, I learned about this “lifestyle” of living in a serviced apartment aka a hotel. You have all you could need or want. It’s luxurious living. It’s also very simple because you don’t have to move your “stuff in or out”. For me, personally this is my preferred lifestyle. It’s definitely not for everyone. That is okay 👏🌟Between beautifully filled homes with plenty of amenities on air bnb and serviced apartments, I’ve lived this lifestyle for 5 years and I couldn’t be happier and never had a moment of regret. Not having the “burden of a long term home commitment and a lot of stuff” is freeing for me mentally and emotionally! I know, more and more people will take on this lifestyle. Just as the tiny home craze or the living on a renovated bus has taken on a life of its own. We are finding new ways of living and calling a place “our home” God bless you. Love from Istanbul ☺️🇹🇷😘
It is nice place......👌🏻 One more thing whenever you upload your video i saw your video..because your video it was awesome and it is helpful for us you showed details about Dubai.......great work keep it up......👍🏻
wow! I was going to pick this place to move too also after their promotions on long stay living. Thank you for actually showing this review now I'm convinced!

I have been living in UAE for 22 years ....my heaven 😍😍.....last weekend we went to The address sky view hotel ... amazing swimming pool on the 54th floor
Yes your home is absolutely lovely and beautiful and convenient! Actually I already know which apartment I want and yes the price is going down has gone down. Only a few buildings have these huge bay windows in Yes A studio apartment the size is Dewberry I would want the largest unit which I think is nearly 500 ft.² I love the layout the huge bay windows the little balcony it’s got a dishwasher a normal kitchen like I’ve always had. And a few units actually have an ocean view. That is healthy. And yes it does improve your mood when you wake up to the ocean. Just wanted to add doesn’t matter new or larger better deal ultra fancy that department I love
Ооо. И я в отеле живу. Вообще суперски. Уборка, стирка с мега скидкой, бар внизу (хотя я ходил туда два раза 😊) рядом мол и куча всяких ресторанов. И самое главное, что рядом работа и низкая цена 😊
Hi Oksy: Do hotels in Dubai generally allow people to rent a room for the long term like this? If so, do you recommend it over renting an apartment? My lifestyle is quite similar to yours.
hotels often have "residence" floors or sometimes even separate buildings for the people who are staying for a longer period of time. you get all the hotel amenities (room service, gym, pool etc.) and they also usually clean your room for you every week, some might even have a little kitchen space inside of the room.
Thanks for sharing your living quarters, it´s ok for single party life, not for family living- was not impressed with the holiday-hotel style of living, can you see yourself doing this for another 10 years?
@@OksyVlogs Could you please make a video about this issue? It seems rather important, but it's not talked about a lot. I've never been around a sandstorm! Thanks for all the awesome videos!
Meh... Makes no sense to live in a hotel. Most decent apartments in UAE provide similar facilities. Things must be pretty bad for hotels to start renting places to live. This actually reminds of my graduate dorms. Anywho each to his/her own I suppose.
I moved in when the city wasn't fully opened. So most hotels had attractive rates. Currently the rates in this hotel are x2. The service you get in the hotel you will not get in a regular apartments and the facilities as well for the same price
@@OksyVlogs nah I disagree. I have spent a considerable amount of time in Dubai. Apart from apartment cleaning service you can find a better gym, swimming pool etc. I even had a table tennis room and a squash court where I stayed before heading back to the US. You also don't have a full fledge kitchen. It's a kitchenette. It's a decent place for a couple or business traveler, but you can get a much better place for less. Dubai has an abundance of properties to choose from. You know what they say, home is where the heart is.

How can I live in Dubai for a long time

Nice place :) , but how do you manage with the contract and ejari thing? I think for the visa you would need an ejari contract, right?

I called Vida Emirates Hills, and they offered a monthly rate of 17,000 AED. Is that roughly consistent with what you're paying?
