From what I read, carefully is that z=0 and you can set that to whatever height you need it at with those fine adjustments. But yeah it doesn’t seem to really work like that and z=0 doesn’t seem to allow for a fine tuning. The fine tuning is letting it be loose and then tightening it after you’ve gone ‘home’.
I heard this paper should not stay too tightly pressed, just kind stuck but still able to move a little if pulled with both hands...is that a thing? didn't see anything on anycubic about this
Yes the screen protector prevents the resin staining and ruining the screen. If you spill resin on the FEP or it leaks onto the screen it's game over. With a screen protector you simply buy a new one if you spill anything onto it 😊👍🏻
Yes, home will take it home to the point that it needs to be be leveled but it needs to be loose to make sure the plate has no contact with the screen 👍🏻🔥
I have dabbled with 3D printing before but never got an SLA printer before would you recommend this one as my first, Looking to do some big prints that's why I've gravitated to this one?
@@FWA4 It don't happen with anycubic black resin but always with any elegoo resin, i changed my fep three times but each tim the model stick on it and make a hole, there is two side on my fep one is frosted. wich side need to be in contact with resin? maybe i apply too much tension on the fep? thx for answer my friend
I figured this was how it was done on this model, thanks for the reassurance.
If i'm push Z=0 that also will be meaning set for printer zero level?
Thank you so much for this tutorial! I just got my first resin printer today so this is really helpful
No problem 😁👍🏻
WHAT CAN I USE IF I LOST MY LEVELING PAPER? ITS JUST NORMAL DIN A 4?
Hi,
Why ancubic saying on manual to set z=0 but you did not that? Im confused :)
Hi zero is when it's flat 👍🏻🔥

It needs to be as tight as this to prevent the print not sticking to the base 😁👍🏻
all the leveling videos show no screen protector in place is this correct?

U dont need to push Z=0? Just push home and printer can detect end and automatically stopped?

You forgot to do Z=0

I really would highly recommend this 3d resin printer, it's a great price and never failed me 👍🏻 I have lots of videos coming for this model 🔥
Hi. I want to know why my printer is doing an extra piece?
I bought my printer used and it don't come with leveling paper. Is regular printer paper ok to use?
Yes just plain paper will work 👍🏻🔥
Well done
i don't understand why sometimes my model stick on the fep and make a hole in it
This can be too much exposure time, the angel of the model causing suction. What have you tried? 🤔🔥

I buyed this printer but i'm still not able to set for good print.
I already leveled it, changed the resin and I can't print at all, even the tests that came
Can you explain what's happening in more detail please so I can help you. Kind regards 😁🔥
Get a different printer
Don’t forget to screw your vat back down at the end!
Terrible, no Z=0 and you didnt screw the vat down, yet told your audience it was ready to print. Wow.
