Hi I always take one hour of me time a day This is spa night, painting with acrylics, reading or meditation Fun activities I want to add is go to More museums again I loved going and spending time there Was my quiet place,very peaceful I also did a solo date jar Where I’ve put many ideas you gave me and trying out Thank you for your videos
I now no longer celebrate New Years but instead I set goals for my new birth year. I just turned 24 on the 3rd and I’m working towards budgeting, spending less time on social media except for posting content, limiting drinking, and bringing out my authentic self to the world 🌎 instead of the person people think I am
I also want to work on loving my body more, especially in a society where thick is in and I’m not thick. I’ve tried methods to gain weight which were really dangerous so I really just want to work on being healthy

This is hard for me to accept but maybe I will look into coaching again I had a mentor he was more like a father figure to me and he past away earlier this year and it broke me down so much there’s not a day that goes by that I don’t miss him and his guidance he never lead me wrong now that he is gone there’s just an emptiness a void we’re he was without his guidance I often think that I’m not doing what I should do to become the person I want to become I miss him so much when I had a question about anything he told me the truth flat out rather I wanted to hear it or not because of how close I was to him it’s hard for me to move on and find another mentor because of how good he was but after watching this video I’m willing to put myself out there and do more research and find another mentor or coach to help me with my journey into becoming more feminine and balancing out my life thank you so much

Is daar een plan voor of " verdwijnen" ze plots? Liever bij een goede klassiek/academische privé instructrice of instructeur waar rijden op zit centraal staat. Er is zoveel paardenleed door niet correct rijden...waardoor ze vroegtijdig gedumpt worden. Veel plezier!
