I don’t think this means legally we are allowed to make mods. A comment made by Luni doesn’t change the genuine ToS yet, we don’t know if he will actually follow through.
Since there's a written trace of Luni allowing mods for GL2 if its been over a year it’s not updated (Not once but twice) is enough to make a mod and not have legal trouble.
@Aster_III I doubt it just yet. I don’t think a comment can really change the legality of the ToS. It will be bad for Luni if he doesn’t allow mod and will definitely face backlash, but the creators of a mod can’t really do anything.
I doubt luni has the means to do anything about it beyond scaring kids with legal jargon. Remember, gacha club have terms and conditions against creation of offensive or vulgar content, yet. Gacha Heat still exists. Best he was able to do was banning the creation of those in his community. But you ain't getting sued by luni just for making a nude OC in GC. Lmao
Happy New Year, I'm waiting for Chibmation to launch and the game I found to be the most incredible and beautiful, the assets and everything is perfect, not needing Lune, it doesn't make perfect gacha even with beautiful clothes.

I mean he hasn't even gone after the p words that use his apps to gain access to minors he won't throe lawsuits at people because they made a mod. Plus it would get laughed out of court as theres evidence that's public (even if he deleted that one discord message there's more in multiple videos) that would throw his claim out of court
Look, don't wait for Monday, do you want to make a game? Make your original gacha the way you want the clothes, don't wait for Monday and waste time, wait for it.
