It's not quite what I was looking for because it doesn't produce as much rapid eye movement as I wanted what led me to realize that this creates rapid eye movement was actually a Billie eilish video for her short film called not my responsibility if you listen in the beginning of it the music Alone that she starts promotes rapid eye movement and then the metronome comes in and produces even more. That's normal, but if you subdivide the main beat in your head, then it's actually a "faster" rate, which can fall in a more natural range of speed. happy practice !
