My wife and I were at a rooftop restaurant a while back,before this madness that we’re living with now,and in walks Trevor and Marissa.I did the right thing and left them alone,but as we left,I saw that they both were entertaining all of the people wanting pics,being gracious,and very mature for their age.I respected him as a player well before that,but seeing how they both took time out of their night for fans gave me a new respect for the both of them.I might be wrong,but he was still 19 years old at the time,and that kind of attitude is far more rare than the ability to read a defense.

As an ND fan, I wish Julian Love didn't get concussed. Would've been a much better game, though still believe Clemson wins like 13-3 or something like that. Backup got straight up exploited. Can't replace an all-american.

I was a reciever in high school my coach always said if it touches ur hand u should catch it. I would have loved to have a qb like him n would have played in college if I would have. God Bless n he should be in championship game again this year. I played at the same high school as Etienne n played with two other Etienne n might have been his father or uncle cuz they were good also. Lawrence was commit at Clemson since he was a sophomore in high school. Fields was at UGA but couldn't win the starting job. What's wrong with UGA recruiting? Fromm was a 4 star QB coming out of QB and Eason was a 5 star recruit but left to go play in his home state. Georgia is always in the mix for the playoff and you need good recruiting to make it there. Or Are you talking about them not targeting elite home grown talent?

@@frankbennett7973 was 3-3 game and neither offense had got going at all when Julian Love went into the tent for concussion protocol. To TL and Clemson offense credit, they exploited his backup immediately for a TD and on two other drives for big plays to set up TDs. Replaced him with a 4-star kid who hadn't hardly seen the field all year. Tough to replace an all-american anyway, let alone on this stage. Really blew the game wide open for Clemson. As a fan of the game, wish it hadn't have happened like that. Still think Clemson wins the game, but not in anywhere close to the same fashion.
