What a great game! Those commandos are great, as are the range troopers. Losing Echo round one was rough, and that was an awesome tac strike. I’m glad I preordered two boxes of range troopers, these new units really shake things up.

Glad to see Don turn his luck around. Sad to see Joe so upset about Cody, he's my boy. Vehicle lists are definitely not easy to play though, so I understand. Looking forward to seeing more of the new units in the future.

The before measuring range thing on the range troopers is because of abilities like longshot. The wording is weird now. But it's for future proofing purposes

Great dice game for Don! As a republic player it definitely stung a little seeing some of those red defence rolls. I’ve been waiting for these clone commandos since the clone core box dropped, so thanks for showing them in action! Definitely picking up a second box now

Great game, both units look awesome to use. That check range only just before firing is weird but i swore ive seen it used somewhere before. Maybe the commandos will hold me over till republic commando 2 comes out.....

Glad to see Don's dice behaving this week and a bit sad to hear Joe didn't like Cody cause he is my man. I will say I didn't see any comments about the missed triggers but I know Cody makes stuff a little more complex with Armor but I love it with him. Definite recommend a double ATRT/ISP combo if you try again!
I don’t dislike him but he is just not my favorite with the other good options in the army. Much better than poor Rex at the moment. Thanks!

Also, for Rex I was hoping that when they released clone commandos, that they come out with a new gear slot that allowed Rex to gain impervious, but now that’s not an option.
Personally, they should give Rex another point reduction

Cody is good to combo with an ISP comms relay. But he’s only good for chip damage or fire supports. He can absolutely delete armor if you do an RPS FS with him. But yeah, he’s alright.

I think the advanced targeting measure thing occurs in the declare defender stage. But I'm not entirely sure either.
It does but why
48:20 - wouldn't it have been better to keep the shield, pop the armour, and take the wound on the shield? Can you do that?
So it’s after wounds assigned, which means I would have had to roll for another wound. So imo no, the shield comes back every round you don’t have an order on delta so use it when you can instead of popping the one time armor. Thanks!
