I believe you guys are tracking momentum incorrectly. When a character wounds an enemy, that player instantly gains the momentum. It isn’t added during the struggle tracker phase, it’s added at the moment of wounding. This matters because it is possible to win a struggle outside of your turn by gaining a momentum token with a wound (or Han’s let’s keep a little optimism ability). In the case of this particular Battle Report, the Rebel team should have won the struggle at 59:44 since they would’ve gained a momentum token that would be placed at the same space as the struggle tracker.
