Haha AMG are such a professional outfit. The crisis of incompetence permeates to all levels in society it would seem.
The republic commando game was a large part of what got me into Star Wars, my level of excitement the commando unit cannot be accurately described in this limited text format
No kidding, I don't even play Legion but I'm planning to buy that squad just to paint them like the game characters!
More than anyone else, you have me checking every morning to make sure it isn't the 1st day of the 4th month before I start a video.
I have plans for this year!!!
If they put the same effort to legion that they put in shatter point.

Shatter point is not a good game, should have just continued legion with campaign books, mission packs. Think of all the unique planets and such to have a campaign on.

It's sad to see what AMG has done to Legion. Jacked up prices on units to astronomical levels, model quality is decent, but not good enough to justify double the prices of FF when they owned it. Ans yes, it's silly how they cannot seem to get their crap together
AMG doesn’t set prices.
The pre-order button on the Republic Cimmandos takes you to the Range Troopers store page as well...lol, no one is paying any attention to what they are doing.
Cannot wait to see the cards for the commandos. Already have proxy minis painted up and ready to go so I can play a game with them the day the cards get shown!
Just got into Legion. I got the 501st Battle Box for my bday. I truly love this game and hope it still has a long lifeline left for it. Love seeing all this new stuff coming out I cant wait for bad batch.
I'm excited for the Range Troopers, and I hope that they show more of the hard plastic versions. I hope that the fleet troopers, get a kneeling position soldier.
Does it seem as though AMG is dropping the ball on SWL and focusing on Shatterpoint?

This pricing is very poor, $50 for 7 minis is not great value for the players.
The Clone Commando price is absolutely awful as well, almost $9 per mini in this box.
Thank goodness you don't need as many minis for Legion as you do in 40k, because we are at 40k prices for minis now.
I'm fairly confident in the final product, but their publicist needs to do their job better.

range troopers are quite a cool design but the repeated poses in such a small squad is a bit of a shame, most (all?) of my Legion units have all unique guys in the squad so the repetition doesn't become apparent til you take multiples.
Yeah, what the hell is this? Warhammer? We should be able to have full squads without repeated poses.
For the Support/Special Forces thing on Range Troopers, they might have been using a small 's' support as in "this new unit will assist your army" as opposed to the big "S" this is a Support Type unit.
As a heavy Clone player I am hoping for more clones types. We've been Phase 1 and Phase 2 along with Archs but I'm just looking forward to having more clones
We need P1s/2s with abilities specific to their legion (501st, 212th, etc.)

Errors, the one consistent area of AMG
You said it perfectly, "proofing". Mai ly simple printing errors, that someone from AMG had to approve before.pri ters start printing. AMG does not proof, and attesting is still questionable.

Doesn’t $50 seem steep for 7 troopers? That’s some games workshop level price hike. Heck I just bought the Dark Troopers for $30. Idk seems way inflated

I feel they could make loads of clone legion battle forces and just sell a card pack for them just containing unique command cards

Amg is a mess. I ad a issue with missing parts on some rebel troops that I received for X Mas. You wouldn't believe the headache and run around they gave me. I finally had to sculpt my own out of green stuff. The customer service is probably the worst I've ever had to deal with.

Totally up for Gungans. It feels like there’s some room to build out Geonosians further. I’m kinda wondering if we will see that.
Makes me think Gungans will just be two releases. A troop box with squad of Gungans and a commander box with Jar-Jar and Roos Tarpals (maybe mounted?)
I would love to see more flyers like the CIS gunship or other things. I also think having gungans would be quite nice

All jokes (and errors) aside, I’m still really looking forward to the commandos. I’d like to get 2 boxes but the price is a little more than I can currently justify. I will probs buy 1 paint them like deltasquad and 3d print another to have as generic commandos.
Just glad to have clones and separatists armies expand a little more with the last couple releases
Honestly- it'd be great to have Gungans introduced! Honestly would be great to add them as Corps units for the Republic a lot like Geonosians were added to Seppies.
I still havent gotten started playing hard into leguon yet unfortunately not many stores in my area have play time set up so its hard and I am still tryng to learn how to paint them. I am excited to see all the new stuff coming out and hopefully we get a upgrade set for phase 2 clones.
All I want to see is some more squads and missions for Special Operations.

As a brand new player, learning about the lack of care given to Legion is slightly concerning. Hopefully they start to care about it as much as the customers do.

It was a set of 3D printed Delta Squad that got me into Legion and playing GAR. I'm excited for the release, and praying they aren't awful. I don't have a lot of faith in AMG's legion releases, and I'm still longing for more Armada stuff. :(
That said, I want the Gungan battleforce so much. And where is Mace Windu?!

Hey, new sub to the channel, enjoying the content. I do have a question unrelated to this specific video. I'm currently playing WH40K and AoS. Started those since about 2018 and wanted to branch out into some other war games. Just got a bonus from work and looking to get into either Legion or Shatterpoint. I've watched a bunch of your videos on the subjects but I'm looking for fresher input. Which one should I invest in first? I do plan on playing them both because, obviously, they're different games with different styles, but which one looks like it has the most potential right now? Legion's been out for a while and I'm worried it's going to stall. I've also heard the meta for the game right now is basically 'get crits or go home', and that they might be making a new Starter/Core set soon remaking FF's initial models? I don't know, just looking for some input!
Legion is the better game. It's closer to 40K/AoS, and was originally intended to be competition to 40K. Shatterpoint looks like a miniatures game but it's actually area control where miniatures don't get defeated, they just get "moved". Legion is getting alot of it's early miniatures redone, but the old miniatures will still be compatible. It's been advertised as a cosmetic only upgrade, and more of a "refresh".

7:22- It almost sounds like they outsourced these articles about them and either sent them only 1 symbol by accident or they sent all the symbols and all the information attached to each other and whoever did these doesn’t play the game so they just did what they could. And when they sent it back to AMG, they didn’t check to see if it’s correct?!? The only other thing I can think of is that the people that are working on all this stuff knows what AMG’s plans are soon and they may be out of a job soon……. and if that’s the case, maybe they just don’t care?!? I don’t know…..

3:13- Yeah…. I “would” agree with that…. Except for the fact that we have heavy’s that have small base miniatures!?! So I guess in a world where that makes sense, then regular troopers being in the support group would make way more sense! Since originally it was explained to me that supports was more so smaller vehicles and vehicles that you could clearly see the operator of said vehicle. And heavy’s was more so the bigger vehicles the tanks and transports!?!
But it all just falls into the same thing I have been pointing and/or asking about for awhile now and out of every reply I’ve seen, not one of them was anything besides “that’s not true”, “it doesn’t make sense”, “no, it’s perfect” and/or “you’re just trying to find things to complain about”! Just saying

AMG is very unprofessional. They really need someone to take care about Legion as a product. It's "their" best game and they just don't care!
Something that bothers me about the bigger units is that they make duplicate sculpts. The range troopers have 2 duplicate sculpts? Really? AMG is supposed to be a mini company so I find this disappointing.
I'd like to see Commandos, Phase 2 Clone Troopers get ported over to the Empire. I'd also like to see the Bad Batch be a 3 faction pack with the option to make Crosshair as an Imperial Operative
