The bottles are also more reminiscent of decanters than typically shaped bottles. The 10-year-old Scapa has been matured in American white oak casks and reflects the untamed beauty of the Scottish coast in terms of flavour.

Scapa is on my blacklist because of the Orkadian. Im sure they know how to make good whisky, but with the huge amount of good distilleries out there, i'm passing on the whole Scapa line-up. Just like Glenlivet and their boring 12 and F.R..
