How do I do this alone. I'm a descent filmmaker but it's really hard on my own and I just don't have anyone I can depend on... Not even family or friends. I know terr must be a way
Rebel Productions trust me it’s super hard for most. You just gotta keep going. There are groups on Facebook where filmmakers love to collaborate and work together. Join those groups and try to find someone near you that wants to make a short film. That’s how you’ll start your team. Until then just keep making very short projects on your own and continue to develop your skills. It’s hard but I promise you can do it :)
There is always someone around you that can help you. Find friends that will help you. It sucks that your family isn't supportive. But you will succeed
The part when the lady said treat everyone good and it will come back to you, made me think about how this Hispanic boy called me ugly when we were kids age 12 in middle school some girl told him she likes you and he called me ugly and back then I had a gap tooth he talked about how my gap was so wide and now I don't have a gap tooth it closed on it's own as I grew older, he made me cry and now 23 years later I'm writing a crime/Drama Screenplay about Hispanics and offered him to play my leading male character and he was shocked. We're both poor catching the bus trying to pay oor bills with the little money we make so yeah you do have to be careful how u treat people I forgave him.
Great snippets from great directors - but why the soppy music from the stock music site? I don't like. Just my opinion :) Make films, don't get caught up in the music. LOL :)
