Did anyone notice that when Bruce woke up in his bed at the end of Justice League, there was no women, no drinking, no pill taking unlike in bvs. Shows Bruce has truly changed since BVS. Superman’s presence brings out the best in Bruce. They learn from each other, we need to see more of their friendship.

Not just that, if you a little more perceptive you'll notice the change in lighting. In bvs it was much darker, while in justice league there was a shining sun.

I've seen BVS countless and countless times but never understood "my parents taught me a different lesson, dying in the gutter for no reason at all" it just sounds like he didn't finish his sentence but then I realized that he was referring to his parents that died in the gutter for no reason, yes, I'm stupid. Without a doubt Affleck's batman is the most compelling version of the caped crusader in decades, he's the batman most of us have been waiting and hoping for for the longest of time
so agree with this, we keep getting a sort of origin story Batman. Even Pattison Batman is looking to be early days of Batman. Dnt get me wrong, loved Nolan Batman but for once we got a different Batman. To know we have here the Batman after losing Robin, thats so fooking awesome!

In the beginning, he's this bitter and jaded Batman with no faith left in his heart. In the end, he has not only relearned how to have faith but chooses to trust in it entirely for the first time. His journey in rediscovering and embracing faith and hope is an extremely moving one and it's all thanks to Affleck's acting chops and Snyder's grand vision. Bravo to both of them.

It's interesting, just occurred to me that *all of the JL members have 'daddy issues'.* Bruce watched his get murdered; Clark was orphaned and unable to save the life of his adopted father; Diana never met hers; Arthur refused to talk to his; Cyborg became estranged from his until he had to watch him die; and Barry's father is wrongfully imprisoned for the murder of his mother.
Wonder Woman aside they were all born from tragedy.

Looks like Zack was paying homage to the fact that "sometimes people deserve to have their faith rewarded" from TDK, with Batman in this film.

This exactly why I prefer DC. Because they actually make you think about how these heroes and villains have repercussions in the real world. The film was a complete package and an epic journey from start to finish. I love the graphic novels used, the properly executed punchlines, and the background of the characters introduced. This movie did a great job showing the sheer power and destructive capabilities of Demi-gods/Superheroes/Heroes/Kryptonians under on Earth. I am insanely in love with this cinematography and combat sequence. Notice how the female characters didn't bash the man's masculinity or invoke any "girl power" nonsense? And still, they came off as a powerful female character in the movie. (WW, Faora, Luis Lane, Mera, HQ and Martha). That's good writing by Goyer, the Nolan brothers, and Zack Snyder. Also brilliant acting by everyone. I hope WB/DC/HBOMax continues Zack's Vision while also producing standalone films like Joker and The Batman. I love the two versions, and I know Zack's films are expensive to produce but we're just asking them at least stick to the plan so that they can produce it five years even.
TLDR
WB don't have faith in ZS because they just want a cash grab and tries to follow marvel formula.
The problem is that Marvel heroes isn't the same as DC.
Someone tried to compare Batman with Spiderman.
Batman is an orphan, Spiderman still has aunt may.
Batman is just normal human trained to become a vigilante. Spiderman is a superhuman.
And more.
Then there's Superhuman who's the closest thing to God in DC and what do they expect in a grandscale? Fighting like Marvel does?

I agree some character just cannot be painted with bright colours in DC.
They can't do it on every marvel movies but something like Joker and Batman will never be about happy fo lucky heroes and villain.
Trying to make jokes in front of a Bat will ends you on Arkham, and trying to make a joke in front of a Clown will result you in insanity.

It is also Zack's favorite sequence that they shot during BvS, because it looks like he's now burdened by the death of a glorious hero, but also now has to bear the weight of the world on his shoulders.
So much Character Development in only 2 movies.
And WB thinks DC is behind Marvel.
It helps that the UE of BVS was three hours long, and ZSJL was FOUR HOURS long. Naturally, there's going to be a ton of character development.

Imagine if Clark didnt ask Bruce to save his mother in BvS. The motherboxes would have awakened because of his death and there's no way he would've united the Justice League in time. Steppenwolf and Darkseid would have won easily

I think not many realise how amazing this scene is. We see Batman for first time without helmet outside. This is a methaphore he overcame his demons and starting to become Bruce Wayne instead of Batman. he is no longer controlled by his demons. Its very emotional scene. His faith clean his soul. Wonder Woman said the same thing. She believe in love. And Batman starting to come on Wonder Womans level. She doesn't do things because she had trauma or anything, she do it just because she want do the right thing, thats why she is the most truest superhero, and Batman is on the same way. Only Michael Keaton show off his mask in Batman returns.

I've always thought Ben Afleck was an amazing batman. I remember how hyped I was after Zack revealed the first official image of Ben in full suit next to the batmobile. It was glorious. And then his performance in BvS was awesome, I thought. Like, everyone has a favorite batman. Mine will probably always be Bale just because I was absolutely blown away by batman begins when I was a teen. But Ben straight rocked his performance as Bruce, no doubt 👏

No matter what anyone says Affleck is the best. He might not be the best Bruce or the best Batman but he surely is the best of both. And Zack Snyder really understood his character and showed us what Batman is. Batman is really a human beyond human conception and Znyder really brought that character to anyone who's willing.
Rather, he is the best Bruce and Batman. His voice, style, experience in fighting, physical structure, and his charisma are definitely the best.

Affleck Batman have a fly development thought BvS and SnyderCut, from a man full of guilt and pain because Robin's death and everything he's been through for 20 years in Gotham.
Ironically, the man he believes it's a threat and has to be killed is the one who make him restore his faith on people (that scene after Luthor meeting where he walks through a way says it all) and reuniting justice league and being the leader it's like is real redemption.
Deserves a mini series on hbo.

The ending was so sad, I wasn’t expecting that because I thought he was going to end it off with “Faith Alfred Faith” but damn this was one of the best videos i’ve seen so far of batman. It shows you that batman is ready to leave his darkest path to give people another chance just like how superman gave him Trusting batman would save his mom. Batman never broke that promise while making another Promise on his grave to bring everyone together. This is mad beautiful ❤️☺️

You're so good at these. It even plays out the narrative of his story in a way that people who may not have been paying attention to the movies could understand it better.
Ben Affleck is honestly favorite Batman. I wish he could make his own solo movie. I feel bad for all the hate he got as Batman/Bruce Wayne.
