Anakin has transcended beyond any Jedi Master - he has become the Mortis Father himself and has full mastery over both the light and dark. He has always been the chosen child of the force

@@craig3613Unfortunately I'm sure someone like the Mortis Father would find many mortal lives inconsequential in his grand vision of things, children/innocent people or not. He probably wouldnt care about lives as long as he got Anakin where he needed/wanted him to be eventually.

Hayden/Anakin will always be my favorite jedi, he mightve fell to he dark side but can you truly know light if you never walked in the dark?

can you fill me in, I thought the whole problem with anakin was they wouldn't make him a master, but he trained Ashoka? I didnt think he ever got master and thats sent him over the edge
Honestly I don't think Obi-Wan was a good master to anakin he in the first movie he was mad quigon used the boy the second movie he was mad anakin was moving farther along faster even said it made him arrogant but we are what they teach us and in rots he couldn't even sense anakins had turned to the dark side

This video showcases all of Anakin's struggles as much as his ups. He was a great master for Ahsoka, great padawan of Obi-Wan but his desire to save everyone is what let to him being unable to save himself. Great stuff, Crusade.

Anakins journey was simplisic but the was the joy in it. He never really had any agancy. A majority of people made him who he was.
I mean yes and no. As an adult we need to take personal responsibility for our lives and he didn’t do that, at all. At the same time he was groomed and slowly found role models in the wrong people that decided to deceive and use him. Obi wan, Padme, Ahsoka, Qui Gon Jin, Yoda, and Captain Rex were the only people who really cared for him, and didn’t always show it in the healthiest of ways.
His journey goes far beyond his turn to the dark side. The most important timeframe for the character takes place is episodes 4-6 when he learns that he still has something to live for (Luke) and his only connection to Padme. That part of the story is critical in the Chozen One Prophecy. Watching his turn back to the light throughout episodes 4-6 is perfect storytelling. When he finally comes back fully as Anakin and saves his Son, destroying the emperor (Disney fuked that up) and finally proved that the prophecy was true.
@@chetmartin8930the empire came back in the EU also it’s been like that for years. I think that the clone wars are just ad important. 4-6 is cool but it’s not really the best Anakin or Vader IMO

It’s great to point out that in Ahsoka, the Anakin from Return of the Jedi had learned patience and humility from Luke Skywalker during their duel on the Death Star II. That was such a beautiful detail because it shows he *is* willing to learn, even from those that come after. It made me really happy to see and I’m really glad you added that
I love that Anakin never attained the rank of Master. It highlights his inner shortcomings, as well as the Jedi Council’s failure to guide him and heed the wisdom of their origins.

Also, you really portrayed Anakins redemption perfectly by mirroring his scenes with Luke in ROTJ and Ashoka. Where he tries to impart lessons to her that he never had the chance to with his son.
To me it's more he's imparting the lessons Luke taught him.

I say it every time I see thee videos. Anakins story is truly heartbreaking. A genuine nice hearted boy that grew up to only lose everything and everyone he ever loved. Anakin was just a lost soul trying to find his way back.

This is incredible. I was expecting this to happen. I was like "Crusade better make a tribute for Anakin Skywalker now that AHSOKA is over" and boom, we got it. Great job man. This and the Darth Vader Sith Lord tribute are the best Star Wars tributes I've ever seen. I would love to see more Star Wars tributes.

As someone who grew up watching the Prequels and the Clone Wars, I loved seeing Hayden return as Anakin and to see him in the Clone Wars armor was phenomenal! Anakin was a great master to Ahoska and seeing Hayden portray the Clone Wars Anakin as well as the Anakin we've seen before was amazing! Hayden Christensen, you are incredible and thank you for coming back!

Such an enduring character.
To bad for me I was extremely hurt by him at age 9. When he switched bad, killed his wife, left his children not even allowing himself to be a dad to Leia and Luke, even when they needed him. Even leaving r2d2 was sad. I always hated the actuality of it all. Leaving Padme dead, yoda confused, obi-wan not understanding, Ashoka left alone
