Compagnie MALHONNÊTE! Vol retardé de 3h, correspondance pour les Etats Unis manquée. Vu que c'était en pleine nuit, le personnel Swiss Air nous a remis sur un vol le lendemain et nous ont dit qu'à cause d'un probleme techique, ils ne pouvaient pas réserver d'hotel pour nous, mais que si on avancait les frais, ils nous rembourseraient en faisant une demande en ligne.
Malgré la demande faite et toutes les preuves fournies, ils continuent de refuser de nous rembourser!!
