This guy is a friggin Beast!! I used to teach Exhibition drill in ROTC in High school then later at an at Risk Youth Military academy. I wish I had these mad skills to pass on back then!!
Perry Newberry my follow-up question to that would be was he ever on the USAF HG? Because if he was then maybe I'd forgive him for wearing ceremonials. Either way, unless you're actively serving in those teams you aren't allowed to wear that uniform.
I see. WAS. That again reaffirms my point. He's retired so I guess he can do whatever he wants. Still improper in my opinion, especially in an environment where following the manual and protocol is key.
I'm not squandering his service. I am simply saying that what he is wearing is against protocol, and having served on an honor guard unit he should be fully aware of that. I would imagine he is completely aware yet decided to do it anyway for the sake of being different. I would expect more from someone you are speaking so highly of.
@@KilroyActual i believe he's actually a jrotc instructor so he's permitted. if what he's doing is against protocol, the other judges and people holding the event would've said something about it already
@@cdrshado Negative. He is using a fully weighted Demilitarized 1903/A3 Springfield at 8.5 pounds. This is the World Drill Championship. Light rifles are not allowed.
Nothing but slick, and his performance after his recovery was just as strong if not stronger than what came before it.
drill has certainly evolved since i stopped... one finger right handed continuous? that's crazy.
When did you stop?
This guy was def pushing the limits of creativity!! Love it!

In my unit we not permitted to use light weight rifles all our rifles for exhibition have to be 8.5 pounds even our solos
His rifle is 8.5ibs
They are weighed in at WDC before they are allowed to compete, just because it white doesn't mean it isn't the right weight
It’s a full weight rifle he’s using
Stycks Gaming Yes i’m sure
He makes it look light, tht rifle is actually 8.5 pounds my guy
The devils whip, that’s what he dropped trying to do, super hard to accomplish
it sucks he dropped it on the first attempt. he then threw it again with the second one going way higher.
I have never seen anyone handle a rifle like this.
Where can I buy this rifle?
Is that master sergeant AD or retired?

Look up Edinburg North JROCT Roy's rifles.
Is he using an 8.5 pound rifle or lighter?
Cyro Alcott I really cant tell, I was wondering that as well.
Standard demilitarized rifle at 8.5ibs
I think this a band rifle, not a standard issue military drill rifle

Good job on your bearing man
He should have half right face and do 10push ups 😂 I bet that make him win the competition!!!
FLICK SHOT TIME
YOOO
Our 1903’s are 9.5. I bet I could do some of those if I can get a shit ton of practice
So a competition on how well you can twirl a stick, that happens to be a rifle?
try it yourself and see how hard it is bucko
Blackburn Airsoft didn’t say it wasn’t hard champ.
@@hihihui1 try it yourself chief
By the sound of it, the thing probably weighs like 2 pounds.
This setup weighs approximately 8.5 pounds.
