At some point, they are going to nerf the maces. We all know it. To those that come here looking for a new weapon- melee has better standard hits than the mace AND the heavy attacks can do a kick that is the same as the rapid stab attack seen on lances/the mace. I think the kick is slightly worse as an infinite than the mace, but that means it is more likely to survive nerfs.
