    I get similar tests done regularly because of my type 1 diabetes, and they are really relaxing. :p I love it... lol

      Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, or brain tingles.
      There are a TON of videos designed to trigger this sensation, just search for ASMR and find what works for you.

      Joe Shuler Lol, my neurologist does that too. I think they are able to feel the muscle twitch anyway (they've probably done it hundreds of times). :)

    Interesting. I saw this prior to my recent physical (the once every two year physical required for private pilots) and realized during the examination why the doctor had me do some things (eye, hand coordination and the like).

    You can definitely tell the patient doesn't even feel the vibration, she is timing it because she says "yes" before the doctor stops it. Look at the last time she uses the tuning fork 6:35
