Hello, thanks for dropping by the channel! Hopefully you suscribed! As far as selling the intake box, not at this time. The stock intake box is not in my possesion anymore and the aftermarket intake box is a CT Engineering Ice Box in case you want to search for it online.
@@JohnnieIsBored I’ve had this setup for over 13 years and Iwould have to say I like it. I’m sure the results would be about the same as a stock airbox and KN filter though. Induction noise is a little louder though. Is it worth to buy? For me yes for what I was looking to do.
@@2001teggieGSR it is quite pricey if it’s the same results with an K&N filter with an stock airbox. Totaled cost of the whole setup comes out to $500. Ct box with filter $309 P73 air tube $100 K&N filter $100
@@JohnnieIsBored I only got the KN filtered becuase the CT engineering filter had rotted. I’ve not dynoed stock with KN drop in filter vs CT box with KN filter but I would assume they probably net closely the same hp. +- 1 hp probably.
Was it the cost of the filter is the reason why you went with the k&N slip on?

Why just won’t you use a screw to make that nub to hold the filter in place?
That’s actually a good idea.
@@2001teggieGSR just a basic machine screw and slip the rubber grommet over it and that should fix it.
Do you want to sell that intake box?
