Oh my GOD, very pleased to see a short but delightful video of fabulous homes in Guyana. Thanks Caribbean Queen for touring us around. I love the mixtures of colonial and modern houses. The trees, and flowers and cleanliness of the area are pleasing and admirable. It's great to know Guyana is moving forward and it's understanding of you to briefly mentioned about the other sides of deprived and neglected neighbourhood. I always say, no matter how poor we can be, nothing cannot stop us from cleaning, planting flowers, trees , painting and just generally beautifying the homes and environments to standards that are appealing. Maintaining and always looking for improvements are never limited. It starts from home . I remember the places I was born and lived , my parents were hard working, ordinary citizens who struggled to bring 9 children up ,yet they taught us values about cleanliness, maintenance, nature, plants, animals,.We had to learn quick and given responsibilities to ensure our homes and surroundings from the out sides of the yards to every where inside had to be cleaned, spotless, and well maintained. We used' whitewash' to paint our fences and house pillars just to make our environments looked clean and pretty. So it's simple affordable products that can be used to make our place looked pretty and liveable . Nowadays, people are more enriched and empowered to improve lives , homes and surroundings to international standards . I truly wish for all our fellow Guyanese brothers and sisters to be able to build or buy their own dream houses to good quality and high standards. GOD BLESS GUYANA AND ALL THE PEOPLE.
@@caribbeanqueenofrealestate5891 We also learnt to take responsibilities for cleaning drains and cut the grasses at the back, and front by the main road ways .Kitchen gardens and flowers were always something important which we knew cut costs with food bills .The flower plants were always tended to even today. That's why I found your videos beautiful because, I may not have a house like those you showed but I recognised those beautiful flowers which are well shaped, and maintained.
I wish I had a house like this I can’t believe how beautiful these homes are right there in my country of birth I am so proud to see such beautiful houses, better than most I have seen anywhere else good on you who live in one of those beautiful homes 🏠♥️
Thanks for the video and showing where the rich lives. You have to learn not to move the camera so fast and to hold your hand steady. You made me dizzy. All the beauty was lost. I wonder who lives here and how they earn so much money when the average cannot afford anything half as decent as this.
@@caribbeanqueenofrealestate5891 I'm sorry, I didn't mean that in a negative way. It was just that I didn't think they had that large of a middle to upper class. It sure looks like things are working in a good way. I wish everyone good will and the best.

I agree with you about the colours. We do love colours in Guyana and the Caribbean. Colours give an air of varieties, beauty, and can be uplifting.

How can a poor country like Guyana have so many rich people???
Excuse me sir.. Guyana isn't a poor country, that's a misconception. Guyana is now an oil producing nation officially as December 21, 2019!
