I don't believe the murders happened there because if the girls were stabbed you would have screamed an someone would have heard it still to many holes in this stories an that bullet could have been planted there if I was on the jury I couldn't convict him my 8 year old granddaughter was murdered an I learned alot from that when the police are under pressure strange things can happen

🚩THERE IS ONE HUGE DISCREPANCY REVEALED IN THESE DOCUMENTS WE NEED EXPLAINED! 🚩 The cycled round was allegedly FOUND between their bodies. BUT- these documents state the location of where the round was cycled is up on the BRIDGE, and is heard in full video. So WHY does evidence #1 have conflicting details? I believe Richard Allen is guilty so I want to see a successful prosecution. I’m still worried about the Reno 911 level investigation of the case as a whole, creating holes in the case that the defense can use as means to pick it apart.
[ “..investigators believe they hear the sound of a gun being cycled and one of the victims mentioning a "gun”. Investigators believe after that time Victim 1 and Victim 2 were removed from the bridge by Richard to where their murders occurred.” ]

I was an officer at a super max prison for a couple of years. The lifers that are in and out of prison all the time, are well accustomed to prison life, in fact most people like that flourish in prison. But when you put someone behind bars, especially at his age, that has never experienced anything but complete freedom, it can completely break them, mentally and physically. I've seen it. It's very common for someone like him to commit suicide in prison within the first year or two, especially given his charges, he's living with the knowledge that most inmates would kill him if they had the chance.

    • @thepunisher2988
      @thepunisher2988 Год назад +1

Have you considered the possibility that those girls may have been recording him while poking fun at him and insulting him?
Why do you think the authorities are refusing to release the entire video? Sure, it may contain the recording of the actual murder, but it may also contain recording of the girls in a less than sympathetic light.
I'm not trying to defend the guy, but he may have been mentally unstable to begin with, and the girls may have done something to get a reaction out of him.
Obviously, I can never know, because I wasn't there, but neither were you, so you shouldn't be so quick to assume the girls recorded the video to try to save themselves and others.
Sure, they are victims of a murder, but that is about as much we can be sure of. They are heroes only in your imagination, and there isn't anything particularly wrong with that, but don't kid yourself that your imaginations make things real.

      @@clarice3978 Were you there?
Did you actually witness the crime, and know how it occurred?
      Do you know the girls?
Do you know Richard Allen personally?
Again, its your belief against that of others, and what you believe about this case is entirely based on what the media reported and what the authorities released. There is just too much uncertainty to make that kind of conclusion, and it doesn't help to understand the case at all, especially when it hasn't even been tried yet.
What makes you think your belief is superior to that of others that makes it more alike to reality?
No, I'm not claiming that what I wrote is what I think occurred, nor did I ever claimed what I wrote to be more likely. I only mentioned it as one of many possible scenarios to make a point about how there is just too much uncertainty to make a credible conclusion at this point.
If you have a basic level of reading comprehension, you would have understood my point, but I guess you are too arrogant and/or lacking in literacy such that you have to reply with a emotionally driven response.
You are the type that accuse others of racism and hate crime just because you believe others are being hateful when they say something you don't agree with or understand. Instead of trying to find out why and how, you automatically assume your belief to right.
You are only going to make a lot of enemies unnecessarily that way, but hey, if it makes you feel better, then it isn't my problem.
If you unwittingly make an enemy with someone like Richard Allen by talking with your attitude, you might become a target of a crime like this, and that would be tragic.
Don't get me wrong, when I try to understand a criminal case, I do so try to see if it could have been avoided had anything been different.
If you like to believe that crimes like this occur just because some people are just evil for no reason and they just do evil things, you should just get used to it, as there is nothing that can be done to prevent evil people from existing and crime like this will just occur once in a while because evil people exist for no reason and they do evil things and that is just part of life I suppose?

Agreed - When this murder trial is done and that evil PoS is locked in the cage he'll die in, the Keystone Cops MUST be held accountable for their disastrous botcheddouble murder investigation!
Richard Allen wasn't 'hiding in plain sight', as that buffoon Supt Doug Carter claimed - He wasn't hiding at all! He lived and worked a stone's throw from the crime scene, and pretty much gave himself up to a marshal the day after the February 2017 murders, confessing he was there the entire time Libby and Abby were - even on the bridge - wearing the same blue jeans and coat as 'Bridge Guy' on the infamous video.
Yet police failed to invite Richard Allen in for interview! That didn't happen until October 2022 - almost five years later, following a re-evaluation of the early investigation.
Richard Allen, a highly dangerous man, has been at liberty all that time, free to kill more females, be they women or children. The police failed to keep the public safe - and failed to deliver justice for two much loved little girls, enjoying a walk at a popular beauty spot, on a fresh Winter's day, as any kid should.

He's seeing his demise for the horror he's committed. Also: when you're a child murderer, you are not going to get courteous treatment in prison. Maybe he knew they liked to walk across the bridge when not in school. He'd seen them there before. He brought his knife and gun "just in case." That's premeditated, I believe. Or: somehow he saw them being dropped off by their parents while driving his car, drove around to the other end, and walked to meet them up ahead.

He put himself on the location at the time the girls were there and even gave accounts of some witnesses that saw him too. Also, I have never heard of someone giving a false confession to family members and not to the police.

Very true and the craziest thing is that looking at bridge guy video I can clearly make out Allan's face! I think Keagan Kline is way too fat to be bridge guy, but even still its extremely odd that the day his cat fished persona was supposed to meet up with them is the day they were killed. That's just way too much of a coincidence. Also those two pictures that look nothing alike is probably one of the biggest things working for the defense. You just can't help but have reasonable doubt about that and also the fact that he spoke to police in 2017 and literally the police didn't put things together until 6 years later. That's just really bad police work

DNA and fingerprints. the one court paper said they swabed the area around the spare tire, also the passenger side of his car.. if the girls was in the woods and no reason to move in his car maybe other cases? testing things take time too. DNA labs can be backed up for a long time with all the other crimes. so even if he told them he was in the area that day, they still can't just arrest based on that, they want to have their ducks lined up.

Hey I haven’t been following this case since they started having suspects or talking about any related goings on that happened, where can I find some clear and concise explanations of who this Klein character is and what is up with all that?
Although I will say, a predominance of lone, unknown and undiscovered predators looking for and finding vulnerable and naive victims without the appropriate level of protections in place to shield them from these bastards is more likely than the criminals banding together to use teamwork and trust to accomplish something that’s easy enough with the simple advantages that come with age, experience, and being evil. A conspiracy to deliver young teens to a place teens go, to someone looking for victims and weirding out many people before ultimately finding a the least risky ones to attack, seems like a lot of coordinating around easily fulfilled parameters. From what I can tell this place was easy to lurk around in, and it was popular enough with local kids that 4 other young girls saw someone creepy too yet no system was in place to empower and encourage those girls to speak up or tell someone what they experienced there until it was already too late. Girls and women are so often invalidated when they notice behavior that is inappropriate or something makes them uncomfortable, and/or guys are so often allowed to just “be creepy” around young girls or women without suspicion or rebuke, that it’s possible for someone to lurk and wait around, in public, waiting it out until finally they see an opportunity to do the harm they came to do- and authorities don’t encourage young girls (or anyone, tbh) to call out and report these predatory behaviors, instead we tell them to be “smart” and avoid _becoming_ victims, but we imply the victims failing to remain safe is the problem, not the monsters who make them, create them, silence them or shame them. Why do we reinforce a world where most 13 year old boys would’ve rarely been in the same type of danger on that bridge, but any 2 girls nearly always are? Why does your gender determine whether or not you can go out for a walk during broad daylight in a public place and live to tell the tale?

@@eremiasranwolf3513 Richard Allen is not framed. He placed himself at the scene, as did other witnesses, right down to the clothing worn, which matched the guy from the video the girls took. A bullet cycled through his gun was found next to the girls, and a gun was heard being cocked on the video the girls took, as well as one of them mentioning the perp had one. And just because he has lost weight in prison, doesn't mean he is being tortured. Happens to alot of people when they're arrested and held. Less food, more stress.
And rather than confessing to police and maintain innocence to his wife, which one would argue could be the result of pressure from prison or police, instead he broke to his wife in a phone call. That's the sign of someone who has a conscience too heavy to handle. His behaviour only deteriorated after that call, after which she hung up "abruptly". He stopped eating and started acting erratically. The prison says after a physical and mental health assessment he is now back to more normal behaviour.

The meeting was set up by Kegan but it was Allen's turn at bat (bad phrase, but you get the point). He was either not expecting 2 girls or once he got them down the hill, he lost control of them. Seeing people in the park, he knew he couldn't shoot so he stabbed instead. Stupid, blind, dumb luck he got away for so long and I personally feel that the only way he was put back on the radar was by Kline trying to save his own backside. I also feel that the searching they were doing in the river later on, when everyone was speculating about Kline and a plea bargain, had to do with finding the knife that Allen did it with. Have never heard of ANY person in custody being given music and an iPad to make phone calls and text messages any time they want!! And his defense attorneys are claiming his rights are being violated and he is being mistreated??!! His choice to not eat and sleep that’s not violating his rights!!

Depends....will this be a death case...are there others involved...Allen is charged with felony murder which means he could be an accomplice not the actual perpetrator although found cartridge is a very big deal. Ballistic evidence for ejected bullets and matching to a gun are an exact science, which the defense well knows. Apparently, that cartridge would be an exact match to just Allen's gun. That is why LE nailed him on no one else ever using his gun. Just that alone is game changer.

@@NoUseForAName0626 I'm guessing also. My understanding which may not be correct is that the Felony part allows for a murder charge and maybe even a death penalty but the word felony apparently allows broader charges. What someone said on the net that this kind of charge is necessary in order to 'extend' the charges out to any person that is a part of the crime. It seems like LE and other podcasters are indicating more involement from others. Wait and see I guess....

Of course, our innocent-until-proven-guilty justice system “alleges” him to have committed the horrendous murders of 2 children!! He didn't act like that until he had told his wife what he had done. He realized he fucked up with telling her the truth and her reaction was not what he wanted so he had to do something to make it seem like he didn't mean it. When they are locked up they do believe that someone is listening in to each and every one who calls so they do talk as if no one can hear it but it happens all the time and they don't listen to all calls or they won't be able to get people to bring drugs in and tell people to do something for them on the outside. He didn't think he was going to get caught until she hung up then he felt she was going to say something he freaked out but had to act up in a way that he can say he doesn't understand what he is doing. It's just a play a long game I should say.
