    Nice walk around as I begin the building process with Hiker. Love the build and almost exactly the way I would configure with one addition of the A/C unit as I live in the Southeast!

      We had thunderstorms later in our trip, the Hiker handled it perfectly. We're in Arizona but we usually do our camping in northern AZ during the summers, which is usually cool enough for us. Keeping fingers crossed. The building process is the best part, Hiker and Danielle were awesome with us.
      If you have any questions, drop us a message and we can try and show you on our trailer
      Thanks for the comment!

    Nice video/set up. I want one of these, the other day I went on their website and configured the one I want. The wife wants a pop-up trailer. I refuse to get a $10k tent.

      Hello, sorry for the late reply; we were out camping and didn't have cell service!
      If you're asking about the grey boxes we have in our cubbies, they came from Home Goods and they come in a pack of 6.
      The hanging pocket organizer we bought on Amazon, we are using two different sizes.

      Ha ha ha a fellow "Squatcher"! When we started looking we were between the Hiker and Bean trailers. We settled on the Hiker because it seemed to fit a lot more of what we were looking for.
      If you're still in the research phase, we suggest watching Where's Wiseman (they have a tear drop). Matt Dewitt, if you search Hiker they will be most likely the first videos you see. Playingwithsticks camped with a bunch of different style trailers.
      If there's a question you have on our Hiker, please ask and we will do our best to answer that for you. Thanks for subscribing!

      @@PinayAndtheWhiteGuy Thanks couldn't tell for sure; was trying to judge how much max floor space there would be at the foot of the mattress for a small soft dog crate. The notion crossed my mind about completely deleting the rear galley to maximize interior space, since we have all the space in the bed of our truck.

    • @PinayAndtheWhiteGuy
      @PinayAndtheWhiteGuy  13 дней назад

      @NeilDorf We have a full mattress in ours, but it would fit a queen. Boof (our Doodle) has a little bed at the section in front section. She's about 80 lbs and fits up there pretty comfy

    You are both big people is the width of the bed (54-56") too narrow and uncomfortable. I do not mean the length of the bed or the comfort of the mattress.

    • @PinayAndtheWhiteGuy
      @PinayAndtheWhiteGuy  4 месяца назад +1

      Hi Peter, we used the 6" thick mattress, and that was very comfortable. As for the width, we still had a lot of room to move around and not feel cramped. Boof (our dog) even climbed between us a little while during one of the nights, and it wasn't bad. Hope that answers your question
