Florida father, holding beer and baseball bat, chases alleged 'Peeping Tom' from daughter's window

- A Flagler County father took matters into his own hands when he confronted an alleged peeping tom peering into his daughter’s bedroom window.
On September 13, armed with a Louisville Slugger, the man camped out in his backyard waiting for the suspect, who he said had been terrorizing their neighborhood for about a year.

Peeping Toms are the worst. I was anxious about windows being open at night for the longest time after an incident happened.
Get a dog that is good at keeping an eye out. It can save your life! Even a small dog like a Chihuahua is a perfect dog for that. Just the act of alerting when ppl are around the house they don't know can give you enough time to lock your doors, grab your gun, make sure you have your phone close, double check the windows, wake up your husband or BF or roommates etc.
I could go on a long story about how we think our dogs saved us from a serial killer but I'll say that a serial killer named Israel Keys killed my neighbors years back and when I watched an interview with him about how he went about doing his killing he said when he would pick a home he would first look to see if they had dogs, then if they had auto floodlights and cameras and then he liked to choose houses with attached garages because they're easy to make entry into the home though. My dogs can get outside into the fenced in yard 24/7 through a lockable dog door and they love being outside at night so I bet he for sure saw my dogs and didn't even think of my house. So yea, get a dog or more at least. But cameras today are super cheap for 1080p and 4k as well now and you set them up to alert you when people come into your yard. We paid about 40 a camera for "open box" ones for good ones for eg. Though I don't suggest ones monitored by a third party. Too many creeps and cons have been caught working for those monitored security like the Amazon one Ring and Nest just for two examples. We use Wyze cameras(and buy unused open box ones from Ebay or their website if they have any at the time)with a sub service(under 100 a year) for their software that works quite well. But we use our own encrypted cloud backup service that even the company can't access the video(at 50 a year)so they can't give out my home footage to any type of "authority" which many companies have a problem doing to their customers.

You can accuse that group of a lot of things that they are worse than other groups, but not this one. But of course accuracy and honesty don’t matter, not to certain people, hint hint.
