At 9:09 you see a man under the piano resting his head on his hand during the final assault of that poor piano, who is understandably bored. In a different performance of La Valse (red dress) she gets a big cheer and an enthusiastic ovation. In another video where she "plays" Grand Galop Chromatique and treats the piano as if it were the forlorn wife of a violent alcoholic, she gets a standing ovation and one would be forgiven for concluding that the moral and intellectual decline of the western world is irreversible. But this man, this man here, he has given me hope. His unwillingness to sycophantically applaud, in the front row centre no less, is evidence that some people still like music, not just a charlatan with cleavage.
I guess the Waltz really danced itself to death in the end there
I dont care about memory lapses or wrong notes. But she did not give any sense to her interpretation, if there is one. Really sad.
Sometimes some pretty big names can have a bad night, I wonder if she knows this is on youtube?
Please listen interpretation of Yuja Wang vals Ravel
I think her version its so fast

If I say honestly, this is wonderfully written! Thank you for giving me a good laugh and a realisation of the truth about today's society. Pitiful.
Is he bored or focused?

I would let her play Mussorgskij Rachmaninoff Shostskovich and so on She is a godesse then!!
Magnifique. De loin la meilleure version de cette magnifique valse.

She plays well and looks good doing it.
