Put These Delicious Balls in Your Mouth - Quick & Easy Meatball Recipe

- Yummy meatballs in just 10 minutes, start to finish?! The same time it takes to cook the pasta? Oh yes, it's true. And no: they're not rubbery! These quick and easy balls are perfect for a fast dinner.
This recipe is based upon Internet sensation Adam Ragusea's spaghetti and meatballs video. Adam's a young upstart who could use a few extra views, so please be sure to watch his original video:

My version is slightly different, and also works if you're gluten free. Just substitute gluten-free breadcrumbs for the normal stuff.
For a quick meal, if you don't have homemade sauce, I highly recommend Rao's Marinara. It's the only jarred sauce I like.
MEATBALL RECIPE
Makes 12 medium-sized balls.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground beef
2 1/2 tbsp breadcrumbs (I prefer panko)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Black pepper
Pour 2 1/2 tbsp breadcrumbs into a bowl. Cover with a little bit of milk (be careful not to add too much, or the balls won't hold together during cooking). Let sit while you pour spices into meat.
Start with 1/2 pound of ground beef. Then add:
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
...and lots of black pepper.
Add your breadcrumb/milk mixture, lightly mix, and form into balls.
Add oil to pan and once your water is boiling for your pasta and the oil is hot, add your meatballs to pan and fry them as your pasta cooks. Turn to brown all sides. This should take about ten minutes and your pasta and meatballs will be done at the same time.
