Are you still around? I have a 360 with the same system and it only turns right. I am assuming the valve is locked up. Are there any tricks in tearing it apart?
The cylinder must be dismantled and the broken gasket replaced (blue gasket). The arched washers must be mounted with the help of a press. and after that the adjustment of the cylinder is made. (minute 11:00)
@@1dc45 Took my cylinder to a shop and they said it would cost way over 500.00 because it was to labor intensive. can I asked what your shop charged to fix it? Thanks

Where did you find the kit to rebuile the cylinder
I bought some o-rings and blue gasket size 12x24x6 from a local car parts store.
