I have tinnitus every second my life, and I have vertigo attacks twice a year. It happens about 2hrs usually with migrane. It started when I was 18 and now I am 27.
Dear Doc, I notice this vid.was done in 2005. 1. Wonder if, for less crippling M's syndrome, Betahistine + mecobalamin +/- diuretic or salt restriction could equally decrease the frequency/severity of vertigo attacks. (or such tx do not affect progression of disease?) 2. After the gentamicin therapy, how much further loss of hearing can be expected on the average? (% loss & in terms of decibel) (I m from Malaysia)
This was a great video... you have to really filter through all the crap on the internet with quacks and people trying to sell you herbs for menieres. This was informative, and really helpful. Thank you.
i get vertigo out of no where. When i was 8 i had a stomach bug. Ever since I get vertigo about 10+ days out of the year. It usually seems to come when i get over stressed or when I wake up. This past week I hear a fluttering in my right ear for about 20 seconds and it goes away, that happened 3 times this week. Is this all from meniere's disease? One time my doctor gave me nose drops but it didnt help. im 21 by the way
This is important information for people who are affected by a trauma of some sort.
