The spot gold price in fiat US dollars finished this week at over $2,400 oz, while the spot silver price blew through its old $30 oz resistance dome. Silver closed this week at over $31.50 oz bid. The spot Platinum market is beginning to show strength, closing the week just under $1,100 oz.
The strength of silver caused the spot gold-silver ratio to fall back down to 76.

It also looks like the 'handle' in that first chart is a miniature cup-n-handle all it's own.
I also stack nickels... alot less than silver... but nickels are the new 1964 dimes. Hold onto them or do what i do, swap a portion of you fiat cash into boxes from the bank. Theyll be discontinued soon enough and probably worth more like 25-50 cents a piece. If you ever need money you can just return them to the bank and get cash.
A nickel is worth 8 cents... that means if you buy a $100 box you actually get $160 worth of metal
Ive saved them for years and copper pennies too.

Guten tag! Hey what's the deal with the VAT on silver? Some EU countries have it but it can be skipped by buying from Norway? I couldn't get a real, practical answer as to how much the average European can buy silver for. Cheers, thanks!

Silver to $35 next cycling between $32 and $38. All this on inflation alone. Current increase is due to inflation...using dollar devaluation gold is .85 cents...for silver dollar devaluation it's at 2.1 cent... ($20.67/$2400(spot)= dollar devaluation in terms of gold)... This means silver should be 2.1 times the value it is now to be on par with gold...if gold goes to $3000, GSR at 100 puts silver at $30...GSR of 80 puts silver at $37.50...

Stacking silver since 11$ oz in 2007 till 2011 sold at 48:35$ then bought at 15$oz in 2021 and am thinking of selling out all my silver for mining stocks what do you guys think? I do it with peter schiff gold fund. Or should I wait till it hits 48$ then sell and switch to mining stocks .

I managed to get a physical order in Thursday after I saw the potential breakout forming with a close right near $30 and no tamp down to $28/low $29. It's time! Relentless demand create a pointless tamp down pricing strategy when the ONLY thing that would slow down demand from the BRICS applicants would be a significant rise in price. jmo. Good to hear from you on this subject!

If the banks won't give you paper cash, demand gold and silver from them since the Constitution declares only gold and silver are money.
When the GSR get's to a proper level i will be swapping my Silver for Gold. However now that Silver is above 30...the technical trading is VERY EXTREMELY limited so Silver has to find it's way and there could be a blow off in the making. I have to admit i was a bit shocked seeing a 6.5% move today but it shows once it broke that technical level of 30 it was off to the races. Perhaps 40 by next Friday or sooner...or maybe a breather, who knows but my stack is looking pretty good now, glad i have been stacking the last 4 years. It's not much (yet) but it's mine and i'm happy to have it.

In my local Polish złoty currency (PLN) we are close to ATH. I believe other markets can have similar cases. Lets that sink in
Yea looks like the fiat PLN started with the fall of Soviet Union 1989-90. So your silver high is the 2011 April top, and yes you are closing in on that currently. Go look at the longterm PLN Gold chart up nearly +60% from its 2011 high already. Silver eventually follows gold so conservative to think 200 PLN for an ounce of silver is in a future not too long from now.
@@sdbullion yeah its hard to measure XAGPLN in 40 years time bc the currency was devaluated (in 96 they cut 0000 making 1 PLN = 1000 old złoty's). And yeah you are right about gold. What needs to be remembered is that currently USD is relatively really strong compering to other currencies.

It’s nice seeing my brokerage accounts hitting high water marks each week. I’m all in between Sprott gold and silver ETFs, and mining stocks. The miners have been outperforming the metals. My IRA account tells me this every day.

The ratio being 76+, it's getting close to me trading silver for gold. I love silver, but in an emergency, one container is easier to move than several hundred pounds of silver.
