[SMM2] Beating the Hardest Precision Level: My Front Yard

- Recently this level was uploaded by millionsofmario and I got interested in it. It's a 1-screen level, but pretty much every jump is very precise, making it basically the new hardest Team Precision level surpassing Kitty Manya. I got the first clear on it after multiple days grinding it
There's 15 relevant jumps in the level (there's actually more but some of them are irrelevant because they are really easy, so I count 15). In the video I included examples of deaths in some of these jumps to show the hidden difficulty of them. Also, in SMM2 the hitboxes of spikes and munchers are very strict and they make some of the jumps in the level much harder than they look.
A few jumps also require float, which means repressing jump to delay the start of the fall when you reach the peak of the jump. This tech is required at the jump where you get to the on/off switch, the jump where you get the third red coin and the next jump between the spike and the stack of munchers. I also did a float at the jump to the blue platform for more consistency at that jump.
During the first part of the grind I didn't understand exactly how the float jumps worked, I thought repressing as soon as possible was the way to do them. But later I realized the timing of the repress was later than I thought, which helped a lot to increase the consistency at these jumps, and I started getting far into the level very consistently.
I also included an optimized WR run on a really nerfed version of the level at the end, something I thought would be cool to show.
My next big goal will be Nostalgic Endeavours, the hardest Team Shell level.

Very well done, it is truly impressive what you had achieved in this game through the years. I am really glad you finally pull through, despite having so much unlucky with the level, even though you were bound to die like that over there; your perseverance is unmatched, and due to it you beat the hardest precision level ever uploaded.
I also looked up to you back in 2019, and it's completely surreal you let me edit this video for you, it's something I've never expected.

As you know Precision is my favorite genre, but I don't think I'll be touching this one. This is crazy.
It's nice to see someone go out and approach the theoretical limit of how hard a single screen can possibly be, so big GG to millionsofmario for making this, as well as you for beating it.
It's these kinds of levels that make me really want to pick the game back up and experiment :D

gg again :) was fun to follow along the grind. it's mindblowing that a level this short and compact can surpass something as extreme as kitty manya. it's hard for me to fathom a level that's more difficult than that, which itself is already a monstrous leap above anything else i've ever cleared. i have a lot of respect for the dedication and perseverance it took to finally clear check this because i was there for the lows and i know what it's like to be on something for over 70 hours. the want to quit gets strong
Showing yourself dying so many times helps to make it more clear how difficult this is.

Echoing what Ryan said, its insane the level that FY is on given that its a one screen. Hopefully you found it worth your while as it was cool to continue hearing about the grind through different sources and such. It's a massive accomplishment and the dedication is wiiild

kaizo mario and geometry dash have the most cracked communities known to mankind. GG
ok this feels a lot like purist roblox obbies (tower of glory, comatose, the nightmare, to name a few). dunno if this would be considered harder than those obbies, but they still feel very similar.
This level is the hardest SMM2 precision level and around the 9th hardest SMM2 level overall too (and SMM2 has many crazy extremely hard levels). I have no Roblox knowledge but I think there's a very high chance this is significantly harder than that stuff
