  • Single mom Andrea Robinson was confused and overwhelmed by her daughter Tatiana’s “intense” behavior as a child. Tatiana got sent home from playdates, would tell lies, and couldn’t sit still. An extremely candid remark from one of Andrea’s friends changed all that - and it led to Tatiana’s ADHD diagnosis. Hear what happened, and how Tatiana is doing now.

Wow! Our daughter has ADHD and she is very intense! And her name is Tatiana as well! We are still working with her on what medication will work for her and over the last 2 years, it's been hard to get her some counselling, due to covid and lockdowns, but that is getting worked out. This gives us hope!

I wonder if the mom is undiagnosed adhd. She talks about her intense personality and having high energy, and she seems to get very overwhelmed with her daughters behavior. Not that it’s really any of my business. Just interesting as I was diagnosed in adulthood with both of my daughters having adhd.

Oh yeah more than like she is. It is hereditary.

Im sick of all these labels, i sometimes think i have undiagnosed adhd becaus ei struggle so much, at the same time i dont tick all the boxes. Same for my 4 year old who is an impossible character sometimes though inlove her ao much, at nursery (preschool) she is a little angel. Leaving me incredibly confused.
