DODGING DISASTER ..TAKING TIME TO FINISH THE JOB RIGHT 👌🏽 WE FINISH THE BRICKWORK OVER THE NEW LINTEL THEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETELY TIDIED UP.
WE WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY TO SPEND HALF A DAY INSTALLING THE ANTHRASITE TRIMS ABOVE THE WINDOW THEN SEALING WITH SILICONE ...ENJOY 🧱👍🏽

Hi Steve & Alex. Great job guys. Looks really good. Like you Steve I would have left the lintel showing. If you need to stick trims to lintels again use CT 1. You won’t have any problems with it coming off. Have a good week. 👍

I have this problem on a landing window as you go up stairs , I think the house was built and original widows were put in as the house went up the soldiers above window must of been put directly on top of original old wooden window frame in 2003 we had new upvc windows since then over 20 years the frame has sagged leaving the soldiers dipped with a gap above them , I need what you done in this video, pitty your not closer , our son in law is a bricky and said it would be a nightmare to do due to the amount of courses of bricks above it .great job you did on this .

If you ever need anthracite trims again, I found that the cheapest place to get them is building plastics online and collect from your local Eurocell (assuming you have one) at a fraction of what they normally charge.

Probably to match the window next to it and I don’t think it would go in because of the existing concrete lintel that was cast in.
